The minute I saw Dangle’s video I checked online for news. Not a single outlet was talking about the MHL. I doubted Dangle had the only scoop on the story, so I figured he got duped.
The WHA was mildly successful at the time, but they had teams in Edmonton and Winnipeg, which didn't have NHL teams. I doubt that 3 on 3 hockey would be popular. Five minutes of it in the odd NHL regular season overtime game is more than enough.

When he later said "per team" I thought how can that be possible?
