I really like personal attention and positive affirmations but most of the times it feels a little bit empty, like they dont actually mean what they're saying. I had a horrible day yesterday basically I was so run down and definitely dehydrated but my body just basically wanted me to sleep all day and not do anything I literally took 2 naps and that's not like me at all Thankfully today I'm much better
