If you have the seed phrase then it should be a straightforward recovery, do you remember what hardware/software you used originally?

Sounds like an old legacy wallet, so is this just an old 12 word seed that you have scrambled?

If you forgot your PIN them your only option is to restore the XPRV from a backup.

Bitcoin core doesn't use seed phrases, but you can use BTCRecover if you have a pretty good idea of what the password should be

I meant password, I have been able to run it but no luck so far.
Most of the password should be correct but might have made a mistake with a number
