Think if you have time in your scheduling you can make a little more detailed video on how to put together youre face shield from print costume. Idk why but I’m struggling with it.
theres shouldn’t be any assembly required. The shell should come with the lenses and magents already installed. All that’s left to do is slide the mask on the shell then pop the lenses on.
@@anakinmonkey sorry can’t type today lol I met sliding the mask over the face shield, I thinks it’s the Gwen mask but no matter which way I went , it wasn’t probably going over the eye holes .

Im actually looking myself tbh. as far as i know if you want it to match a suit. You have to get it with the suit on purchase. Some sites offer only a mask w lenses, but are sketchy. Trust me if I figure it out, i’ll share bc i get this question alot

Hi man I love your video’s lf you need a miles shell I can print you one for free I have experience in 3-D printing helmet’s
So overall would you say if someone where to order a face shell for the mask the mask should be bigger?
Ill have to get back with a solid awnser. But Id say Yes. When measuring, add room for the shell. The confusing part with this one, is it was sized the same as my ATSV mask, which fits perfectly. Id say to be safe, add on an extra 1/4-1/2 inch to the mask circumfrence.

depends on a few things. the suit options you select, shell vendor, and if you use discount codes (like “MILES15” on printcostume 😉)
using a cheaper shell. You’ll probably spend around 150$ on both the shell and suit. More expensive gets in the 200+ range

You can use lycra fabric and sew it in the shape of the mask. But That’s not somthing i have any experience in. If i ever make a homemade faceshell, it goes under an already sewn mask. However i’m sure there are others on YT who have made a mask like that who have videos up :)

@@boudyy.N.O.N Im not entirely sure. I would just experiment with templates that sew into a mask, and adapt from there. Again i’ve never even tried that so I would be figuring it out just the same as you. 😅
