I wish I had it
It is a collection containing all of Charlie Miller's "Magicana" columns from Genii. Over 150 tricks included in over 600 pages.
You can get this if you subscribe (or renew if you already subscribed) to Genii magazine especially their 3 year subscription plan.

Love your book reviews David! So much material can be gleaned from within a book. My favorite Bob Farmer effect is Sideswiped. Very thoughtful and creative thinker and very active on the forums.
