This is a great circuit for fan temperature control in a greenhouse to keep it cool when it gets too hot! Nice and adjustable!
Thank you for your comments and support. Yes, it is possible to use it with 0.1 degree sensitivity.
Very good video. The datasheets mention that the LM358 can otput between 20 and 40 mA on a 15 V supply. It can be less with a VDC of 5 volts. But I would put a 1k resistor in series with the LED. The brightness will be a little weaker, but the LED and the LM358 output will not work close to the limit. So the circuit could work with 12 volts, 12 volt relays are more common. In this case it may be necessary to increase the base resistor of the BC547 to around 2k.
