I dropped mine and seems like the only the glass cracked on the front but the lcd is still fine. I see that I can get glass for much cheaper. Is it an easy fix to change myself or should I get a professional to do it?
The glass alone is not user replaceable. Only factories with special machines and tools can do it.

i have a question so if i try to switch on my 6R it shows a red battery my charger cable is still fine tho it charges other phones and now it simply wont show the red battery anymore like its just dead

Not sure, make sure cables are all connected and the board is seated properly on the flex cable to make a good connection.

Hello, my Samsung galaxy M31 is frequently rebooting automatically after the recent update. The customer care people told me that they will have to change the motherboard for such a small issue. Could you just share something like what I should do or I should just pay them the money for the motherboard and change it??
Hi, that doesn't sound right. They will probably just reflash the board, not replace it. You can try to do that yourself. You will need to google and find and download your phones firmware. Then google or youtube how to flash the firmware for your phone. Flashing the firmware would erase all your data and install a clean version of the original software to your phone so make sure to back up your data.
@@PBKreviews I flashed my phone with the latest firmwares and also with the old firmwares and the issue still exists. That's the reason I am confused because motherboard can't simply crash.

I heard the phone has a jell to prevent it from overheating, is it true?
Not sure about jell but it has thermal paste and graphene film as well as a copper vapor chamber which all help transfer heat away from the components and out of the phone.
Where can I find the screen. Im trying not to have it sent back to redmagic because I actually need my phone and I cant afford to not have it for about 2 weeks

Not sure if warranty would cover it if you plan to take it to a authorized repair center (usually they turn down liquid damage phones even if you want to pay for repairs).
Im having a no service since updating my software and fingerprint is not working also right trigger. Do you know how to downgrade this phone?
Not sure how to downgrade, you would need to search online for how to flash older firmware to the phone

Why the battery has two cables instead of one?
Most likely because it has two separate batteries or cells combined as one to have each side charge at the same time to increase charging speeds.

how to solve overheating problem?
Depends what is causing it. If your phone is just getting hot, doesn't mean its overheating. It's just taking heat from inside the phone out of the phone which is normal. But if your phone is sluggish and lagging, you can try backing up your data, and doing a factory reset to make sure its not a software issue, then you can try taking apart the phone and replacing the thermal paste.
