I've had cats all my life and they pretty much go where they want. As they say, "cats do not have masters, they have servants". Welcome to the club! 🐱❤
We tried to stop our cat jumping up onto places he shouldn't by taking him off and saying no.... He learned NOT to do it while were around but we knew he was at least on the table when we were out. The ginger fur was a HUGE give away. As Cheryl says, welcome to the club! Enjoy them. x

No tips for the kitties. They are cats and they will do exactly as they please 🤣. As a cat rescuer I am so happy you are being responsible by having them neutered. They are very beautiful 😻😻

What a lovely surprise an extra weekly video, more car boot vlogs please . Hoping mittens and pumpkin have a speedy recovery , so much better having them both neutered saves them from later life cancers they'll be running around as normal in no time you look after them so well .

Loved the video Mr C and yes, of course I would love more spontaneous videos - always brightens up my day and I love a haul! I think the shirt was really nice - embroidery was beautiful. I really like The White Company - their products are expensive but well worth it for a 'treat'. I love their Winter scent - the winter pot pourri last ages with the refresher oil. I hope Mittens and Pumpkin are still doing well. I hope you have a good week. Much love xx

I love pop up videos, yes please continue, there so much fun. You really found some great items, the shirt reminds me of a tobacco shirt the gentlemen wear in Miami smoking their Cuban cigars. Also, the lamp shade is unique. Mittens looks so sad, she will bounce back and Pumpkin is a stinker. I found if you get a small water bottle and give the kittens a mist they will learn quickly. It's always nice to see you, have a beautiful day❤🐈🐈
I love the shirt with the embroidery stripes down the front. That was an excellent price, and I doubt you will see many others wearing it. Maybe we will see you in it for one of your warm weather videos! ❤

Great video, Mr. C. Yes, I have got Capiz Glass lampshades in almost every room at mine. Love the Art Deco look and they are timeless. Amazing what finds you see at Car Boot sales. The Gems are there and it's a great feeling when you find and buy a real bargain and something that will come in handy. Like yourself, always seem to return home with a bag of Swag ! Love the capiz shell shade! Very popular in the 80s! So nice to have natural materials. Loved seeing the adorable kittens, just like my tabby cat, McVitie. Great to see that you're a responsible pet owner and have had them neutered. Cats recover really quickly and Mittens will be bouncing about soon! I loved the Birkies - pity they were too small. I'm obsessed with FitFlops and have about 10 pairs. I only get them second hand as they're so expensive. Found black leather FitFlop clogs at my local car boot for £5 - about £60 new. Btw I love your content and look forward to cake making for rubbish cooks lol!

You are a such a SWEET heart and gentle soul. I yelled GET DOWN, NOO !!! choo chew choo! like a spray bottle. And I used a spray bottle of water. So it got to where if I picked it up, they scrammed. I also had a bird hanging and I found my puppy on the couch and the cat hanging on the outside of the cage trying to get the bird and my poor cockatiel screeching for his life. they got squirted for that!
Love a good car boot, sadly been a very long time since I last attended one. I guessed the Paperchase cards, and I wavered on the lampshade and thought no, but you actually did get it! The White Co a barg, well done you for spotting that! Jar with a cork lid? what's not to love?? The shirt with the pockets, not sure about that if I am honest. Might be okay as a kind of overjacket type wear? It was a lovely surprise to see a mid week Vloggy. I enjoyed watching it especially as at the moment not been very well so lovely to have extra UA-cam goodies to watch! Thanks for the Vloggy x

Really enjoyed that! More please. Some good finds. Chiswick School have a car boot every first Sunday. I believe it is all year. Went last month, I was amazed how many clothes there were but didn't find anything I needed or wanted!
Hi Mr. C! Nice finds from the boot sale. 😉 I just knew you were going to snag the shell lampshade, which is made out of capiz shells and is usually created in the Philippines or Vietnam. I think it's very pretty! In the Philippines we have these beautiful Christmas stars made from those kinds of shells called a "parol" and they're so festive in all their bright colors. So fun to browse! The beige shirt similar to guayaberas worn in Latin America/ anywhere warm. They come in many colors. Some have long sleeves. Always embroidered. I'm Mexican American so these are popular in our community. Cuddles to P & M!!

Great to have a mooch round with you, much as i love charity shops I don't have the patience for car boots, think it's the heaps on the ground that put me off but what a bargain you found with the White Company sprays. I was hoping you'd keep the shade, I love them. Glad the kittens are recovering, my female dog was zonked when she came back.

I had a look online at vat pave shirts. They seem to go for between 20 to 30 pounds converted from dollars, so I think you did well. Wishing Pumpkin and Mittens a speedy recovery. I loved the vlog! I would've needed a little cart because I saw so much. I've seen people use tin foil to keep cats off surface they're not wanted on. Have a great week!

Your garden has revived very well and looks lovely! I really like the capiz lamp shade and you got a great deal on it! If you want the kittens to stop going on the counter spray them with water and it should stop them!

Love all you found at the boot sale. I would have been spent out half way round, as i saw a lot i loved, going around with you. I remember it well with our two girls coming back from the vet's ,with the cones around their heads, they slept for quite a few days afterwards so we had some peace, from the chasing each other around the house full pelt 😂🤭😏

Hiifrom Melbourne Australia,first time watching your channel.The shade is capiz shell or windowpane oyster. things like lamps and mobiles were popular items in the 70s. I think they were usually made in the Phillipines.Lovely to hear all those South london accents

I had one of those shell plastic lamp things, what I did was a stainless glass feel to it, bought some stainless glass paints painted it and it looks awesome lit up

I guessed that the lampshade would be one of your treasures, and the Christmas cards are great too. I am rubbish at car boots and charity shops - friends find wonderful bargains, but I cannot pick special things out, just look round and think "what a load of old tat!"
To stop them from climbing up, you might need to have a spray bottle of water and spray them when they do it... we did this when our kittens (ironically named Pumpkin and Muffin) liked to climb the curtains!

Hi jus ta short note from Trinidad and Tobago - the shirt is called a "shirtjack" - very popular in the Caribbean during the colonial period when they were worn instead of a full suit and more suited to the tropical climate.
My mum used to raise her voice slightly clap her hands and say DOWN ! in a firm voice, the cats learnt eventually not to jump up but you have to be consistent, of course when she went out it was a different story haha,but I can honestly say I never saw the cats on the work tops when she was in the house. Love the shirt don't go off it before next summer 😁 , loved the car boot as well cheers ! ☺
