    Hi guys please note: I’m using beetroot juice because I always love to play with a healthy option , but if you are not fun of beetroot you can use a regular food coloring instead.
    Happy baking.

    Hi there, you make the best croissants on youtube! I’ve been trying to mimic your croissants at home but the honeycomb always comes out more dense in the center. How do I fix it? I have an oven without fan.

      @macklim  3 роки тому

      @Michael Dai your croissants looks pretty good too, if you don’t like more dense in the center you can play with the folds try 3-4-4.

    • @macklim
      @macklim  3 роки тому

      How did you folds your croissants anyway?

    • @69cbakery
      @69cbakery 3 роки тому

      @@macklim I only do 4 x 4 because I don’t have a sheeter. After two folds, the dough usually becomes hard to roll out. I will follow your advice and try 3 x 4 x 4 or 3 x 3 x 3. Thank you for the tip!

    Can you give me a recipe for a no-bake cheesecake filling for a croissant?

    • @macklim
      @macklim  Рік тому +1

      @Ss Mm sorry for the late answer too busy this ramadan.
      Very simple .
      1kg cream cheese
      5g pure vanilla paste.
      110 caster sugar.
      just cream it.
      if the cream is too thick just add whipping cream until you are able to pipe it.
      You can also use condensed milk instead of caster sugar but its a bit high costs.

      Hi actually I do not recommend that brand , better find something from Europe made. That brand is from China. Find table top dough sheeter with 4kg capacity .

      @@macklim Do you find the dough tougher than regular croissant dough? I tried this in my bakery and the dough is so tough It won't roll.

    • @macklim
      @macklim  2 роки тому +1

      Nope in that case I think there a missing ingredient with your recipe.
