- I have prepared an exciting class today. We will combine cardio and vinyasa with posture-correcting exercises and booty-building intervals. Poses for stretching, elongation, and twisting.
Short Foot exercises as a part of squats and staggered squats - for building glutes, quads; balancing the hips, pelvic, cervical spine, shoulders.

Something that frustrates me are my wrists… I’m not sure if it was years of rigorous dancing as a child using instruments repetitive wrist movement. I’m overall strong but when it comes to side planks or anything using one wrist I have to drop down. Any tips for this? Thank you so much…
