By the way. The speaker wire should be placed the way it was before I took it apart. This keeps the wire away from the internal ferrite bar AM antenna. I changed it back later in the pictured clock.
I have a Panasonic RC-1122, bought it off Ebay. There was a rattle inside, I opened it up, a small washer and spring-clip fell out. I couldn't figure out where they went. I finally found that the spring clip held the plastic gear that engaged the alarm away from the gear next to it. That gear slid too far to the right(when facing the clock) and the teeth got jammed on a very small gear below it. It stripped the teeth off. Is there anybody into laser printing plastic gears for replacements?
