Nice bit of workmanship, lovely smooth finish too, The Nick Westermann twcacam is something else !! Unfortunately i am not able to afford such a tool 🙃. Keep them coming always good to watch and pick up a few tips along the way 👌. Cheers Les.
Sharp knives tend to leave a cleaner finish. Sandpaper tends to rough up fibres, leaving behind open fibres on a microscopic level. It’ll eventually go fluffy when exposed to water and food. Also, there’s something nice about leaving behind the narrative of tool marks!
