An economic collapse .. people killing each other for a bag of potato chips.. in 2004 we had 2 hurricanes that took out power for 2 weeks, store shelves were empty and I witnessed people having nervous breakdowns over things like a bag of doritos( People were ready to kill for these items..) It was amazing to witness
I so wish I could've been there like all my other friends cosplaying grounder warriors. There are like some 25 of us who are dedicated hard core Grounder warriors. We would have shown up to that panel and chanted "HEDA! HEEEEDAAAAA! HEDA!" when Alycia came out on stage. Just like her warriors did right after she kissed Clarke and Raven set off that missile signal indicating Bellamy stopped the acid fog. I was really disappointed that the 100 panel had quite a few cosplay 100 fans. But nobody from Camp Jaha was in the audience to welcome Alycia :( Maybe it's because they blocked 100 fans from entering the Walking Dead room.
Frank Lorenzo (young guy in T-shirt) appears to be enjoying some recreational drugs or found Merrels Pharmacuetical Bag that Daryl left behind in Walking Dead!😃. Twitchy, spacey, scratching, looking around and in what looks like his own special zone. Heard he's a great actor & extremely talented. Definitely not ragging on him, just a funny observation👍🏽. Anyone else pick up on that? That said, he may have just been a little nervous & taking in the moment? To Cliff Curtis: so sorry; I wrote a few days ago on here that "Cliff Curtis" looked stoned. It looked as if the name card with your name on it was in front of the stoned boy next to you. I was referring to his behaving as though he is mentally challenged.
Why would it be set in LA? "The South" is a huge character in the original. LA is blah and overdone. Not a mystery to anyone. You won't find a Herschel in LA. Even when they started introducing new characters in the original they started getting away from the regional character, or just character in general and the show began to lose its uniqueness. They started providing 2D presentations of social identities pretending they were introducing new characters and it's lame. Merle, Shane, Rick, Herschel.........Daryl? Notice the theme amongst them, the show's best characters? They were depictions of various types of southern men. That was very important to the show. That theme. What kind of theme will LA bring? Even an urban area in another country would be better than LA. I guess it will be easier for them to introduce all kinds of socio-political agenda with such a setting, at the expense of REAL writing and character creation of course.
"Not the same show" stop comparing them different people and styles different locations okay? The south has been done with TWD and now changing setting with a big city and not a forest

Drugs can ruin a young person's career if he's not careful. (His hair and flawless skin would be the first things to go.)
