Hi Macy. The butterfly is a whisk attachment that comes with the Thermomix. Yes the egg whiote is raw. There is a TM6 Fruity Dream recipe where the egg white is cooked. Its delicious!

Can I use any other ingredient not being the egg white?
White egg is raw ,is it okay?
I would not have if pregnant etc. If you have a TM6, look for the Fruity Dream recipe on cookidoo, that is similar and cooks the egg white.

Hi David, you can make a smaller qty but it is not quite as fluffy. Freeze the remainder and let it sit for about 5 mins before serving .

I think you can make any smoothie bowl with a thermomix since it’s also frozen fruits with milk
Do I need to add the egg white? Or can I substitute it with almond milk
You can sub with aquafaba, 3 tbsp. If you have a TM6 use that recipe as it cooks the egg whites.
