If anxiety's taught me one thing is that our minds are truly LIMITLESS. Now you just have to discipline it enough to master it and use it to your healthy benefit. Never realized how toxic my thoughts were until I physically felt and had to fight them by letting go of control. Growing pains. Thank God for your channel 🙏👌💪

I want to heart this comment more than once :)!
It is just so true. Anxiety was a wake up call for me. I have grown as a person because it has set a way for me and "forced" me to constantly work on myself!
I believe that seeing recovery as a journey to mastering your own self is the way to go.
Many people concentrate on reducing or eliminating symptoms but that isnt the real goal here. The main goal is to rewire your brain to be a more positive and confident. Like you said i believe that many many many out there dont realize how toxic our thoughts are. I myself believed my life was awesome and everything was just "all good" until i developed health anxiety. It made me rethink a lot....
So that is why figure out what you want in life, set up a routine around achieving that goal and fight for them no matter how tired and exhausted its what i believe is the path to recovery!

@@ImprovementPath Exactly! The symptoms will just keep reoccuring in different ways if you don't focus on the BIG picture. Its like throwing a rock at a brick wall. Rewiring my brain reminds me of an electric do collar except Im holding the remote and responsible for buzzing myself. Everyday battle especially when you're doing pretty good for a bit and setbacks come outta nowhere. You must stay the course or it feels back to square one. I HATE starting over so That's my motivation to not try to take control. Jedi shit 😂 It doesn't get easier. We get Stronger mentally more than we can imagine had we not ever had this condition. Sirt if a blessing in disguise. Just gotta walk through the fire first. Your channel got me through some darkness fareal. You're doing God's work brother 🙏🙏🙏

@@KayFlowidity haha this put a smile on my face. Yesss! Keep pushing and do positive things even when things seem overwhelming. Once you get started that feeling fades. Keep doing what you are doing and you will recover! 👊
Btw, that is so true symptoms will always come again and in different forms if you dont focus on the right things. The mind is so powerful in finding something to worry about if it still feels the need to reshift its focus from the actual problem.

Yes! For a lot of us career and life in general play a hige role in developing anxiety issues. It is no wonder that so many with anxiety are in their early twenties and thirties. Not feeling that we are getting out of life what we expected from it can create a lot of tension and stress on top of the daily struggles.
This is why i always say it is so important to get out a pen and paper and write down a life that you want to love and then work on achieving that viaion. Find that drive 🙏

I shifted my focus towards Jesus, and my life has never been the same since. Anxiety is no longer my enemy, and he can do the same for you. Just accept his free gift of salvation, by accepting him as your Lord and saviour and he will take care of the rest.

Im walking with Jesus since 1 year but I still can't deal with my fear. I'm praying to be delivered 😢

    • @ploomb1180

@@luminismusic8101 I hear ya. It can do the same to me at times. Unfortunately I can't remember the exact information in this video, so I'll tell you what I've learned and hopefully you can learn something from it 😅. I wasn't putting all of my faith in God. What I was doing is instead putting my faith in how I thought events would unfold, eventhough I had no evidence for it. I realised that I was valuing these thoughts. Then I thought, "why these thoughts? Why not the thoughts with better outcomes and less anxiety?" And then I realised that they don't have value because they're just thoughts and aren't accurate since I don't have enough evidence and I can't see the future. But God can. Then something else hit me - God wouldn't put me in a terrible situation like that for no reason. Then a wave of peace hit me. I realised that he would guide my feet to where they needed to go. And while I'm not in control of everything, I don't have to be since God is and I don't have to worry about every little thing in my life. I guess it's like the video says, you have to shift your focus. So what are you focusing on and putting your faith in, your own abilities, or God's whose are far greater than ours. Also, remember this, there's no one and no thing that can stop God, so there's no need to fear since Jesus already overcame this world. Therefore, put your trust in the one who CAN deal with your problems and fix them. So don't worry about whether God can do something, if you pray about it then know that it is already done. No need to worry about how you'll start doing something, or how you'll try not to mess it up. Instead realise how God will guide and give you this information when he chooses and sees best fit. And if something doesn't happen straight away after praying, just be patient since God's timing is also better than ours. My point in all of this, is that sometimes we don't realise that we're not putting our faith in God and can be putting it elsewhere, but fear not for you can change and correct this since no one is incurable, especially when Jesus is healing you. And sometimes you might be putting too much stress on yourself so just take things one step at a time and you'll find your way. No need to be doing something straight away, it takes time for you to be what you need to be because even the people who are the best at what they do had to start somewhere. Plus, our plans don't always go according to what we want, because a lot of the time we don't know what we want or need, but God does. Consequently, let him mold you. Let me summarise this last part I was saying: don't bombard yourself with all of these tasks you need to do and try to quickly achieve your goal, instead go with the flow and start off small. Then you'll be able to work your way up. Sorry for typing so much, but I had to share this with you and I do hope you get something out of my words, even if it's a reminder of something basic you've forgotten. One last thing, you might not understand something until you're more spiritually mature, so you may need to go back to something and realise the true message behind something like I have many times, especially with the whole "you are not your thoughts" thing. Because again, that's all they are, they're just thoughts. They don't represent who you are or what you can do, so don't base something entirely on a feeling because they're fleeting. ESPECIALLY if you do have the whole "I'm incurable mindset" because believe me you aren't.

@@ploomb1180 wow thank you so much for your words and explanation!! I'm aware of the spiritual warfare we're in and it's a battle every day. But as you say with Jesus the battle is already won. Thank you so much I appreciate it

I try drink lots of water,I find if I'm dehydrated the headaches are out of control. Also aspirin helps as it works quickly because it thins the blood and works well with the adrenaline rush. Wash it down with cinnamon tea. Cool pack help too and when you lay down keep turnin your pillow over, the cool side is refreshing. Good luck my friend,we will beat this down with the support of the severe anxiety crew❣
