When I asked why, he said some dude that had been in our pod went crazy and started screaming all night that the people sleeping next to him started punching his lights out to get him to shut up and the guards had to take him (I didn’t hear it). Blah blah blah fast forward I ask how long he’s been in here and he says “only 6 months”. And all that could go through my head was “he’s been in here for 6 months surrounding by dudes in this mind numbingly boring hell hole while I’ve been making money, doing all sorts of illicit drugs, and getting domed by my girlfriend everyday in the free world. Might sound like a drama queen but when I got out the next day they gave me back my phone and clothes which was all I had on me and I burned the clothes and traded in my phone for a new one because I didn’t want any of that bad energy to follow me home.

I'm pretty sure some or most prison jacked guys eat a lot more than 2000 calories daily. There are many ways to get more food in prison. Also, it's completely possible for some of them to cycle on and off vitamin S during prison. Yeah, their equipment can be old and rust, but I'm sure it works as well as anything else so long as it's available.

He got into a leg press machine line with big guys and you probably don't believe me but they finished with him pressing 26 45 lb plates. The last 2 big guys quit at 22 plates, all that from a guy 5ft 9 and probably 165 lbs. He went back to prison right away, a real nightmare guy , good looking and polite till any little dumb offence, terrible waste

As a result, many prison inmates use calisthenic exercises to develop muscular endurance, size, and strength, which includes doing 1/4 and 1/2 pushups for very high reps, which are very effective in developing muscular size.
Craig Florence is the first guy lifting. He was a mid level guy out of Illinois. Terrence "Oak" Gruffo is the guy who came running into the frame, he got stabbed to death about a year after this was filmed. The guy who was flexing is Viktor "Blitz" Ponce who was one of the most violent AB enforcers out of Ohio. He was put away for killing a guy in a road rage incident, of all things. Crazy.

They use whatever they can get their hands on usually guitar strings and pens / pen ink (iirc). The recovery process might be very different then conventional tattoos but there's still alot of added risk due to lack of sanitation
