Cadillac stuck Tommy’s partner in his chest, knocking him out of the fight for a while. Tommy knocked over Cadillac, and Cadillac hit his head. Tommy got the knife. A struggle. Tommy starts knifing Cadillac left and right. Tommy’s buddy comes around, and jumps in. Cadillac weighed too much, and it was too slippery from the blood to drag him, though they tried. Instead, Tommy ran down to Cadillac’s partner’s cell-this dude had tried to slice Tommy a while back in a sneak attack-and obviously Tommy couldn’t get into Cadillac’s partner’s cell. That version is supposedly based on court transcripts and prison reports.
Fountain got stabbed during this. It would be pretty difficult for the dude to put his legs through the cuffs to at least have his hands in front in the midst of a blitz attack lol.
Silverstein own written words are obtainable. He says Cadillac shielding blows from knife with his right hand. On his back with his left slugged Silverstein enough to temporarily stun him. Cadillac was not cuffed. The two got the ups on him.. also Cadillac was a known prison rapist

The biggest problem in the prison system is we are just too nice. They get dayroom and yard time even when staffing is so short that they get together and plan these attacks when in truth they should be in their cells due to staff shortages. This leniency puts inmates, officers and other prison staff in mortal danger. Honestly i call for all lawmakers to put on a CO uniform and work at least a week on a cell block. In all truth we as a society are going to have to make hard decisions as to our prisons. Number one is Officer pay. For what they do every state and the feds are vastly underpaid. They are not just guards; they often are forced into psychiatric counselors, EMTs and firemen. Also we need to decide on what actually deserves prison time because almost all prisons are overcrowded so do we let those on non violent drug crimes out and how. I mean in some.states that have legalized marijuana like California people are not even arrested for major possession and yet they have inmates that have been in their prisons 30 or 40 years for that same.crime. Also here In Texas they started letting out some.prisoners early about 12 years ago. Rapists, armed robbers and even murders were let out but non violent drug cased were not due to mandatory sentencing. So we need to raise pay levels to attract and keep quality COs and or close and consolidate prisons to keep only the most violent inside. Either that or build more prisons......remember the county jails often house inmates for months and months waiting for.a bed to open up which in itself is a major problem

I was a CO at a federal prison for 4 years, but i worked at a private prison that had a contract to house DC inmates and yeah.....they were off the chain! But i used to tell people that in the fed system DC Blacks is actually in the security threat book they made us sign once a month! Nobody believed me tho.....

Instead, Tommy ran down to Cadillac’s partner’s cell-this dude had tried to slice Tommy a while back in a sneak attack-and obviously Tommy couldn’t get into Cadillac’s partner’s cell.
That version is supposedly based on court transcripts and prison reports.
Fountain got stabbed during this. It would be pretty difficult for the dude to put his legs through the cuffs to at least have his hands in front in the midst of a blitz attack lol.

The biggest problem in the prison system is we are just too nice. They get dayroom and yard time even when staffing is so short that they get together and plan these attacks when in truth they should be in their cells due to staff shortages. This leniency puts inmates, officers and other prison staff in mortal danger. Honestly i call for all lawmakers to put on a CO uniform and work at least a week on a cell block. In all truth we as a society are going to have to make hard decisions as to our prisons. Number one is Officer pay. For what they do every state and the feds are vastly underpaid. They are not just guards; they often are forced into psychiatric counselors, EMTs and firemen. Also we need to decide on what actually deserves prison time because almost all prisons are overcrowded so do we let those on non violent drug crimes out and how. I mean in some.states that have legalized marijuana like California people are not even arrested for major possession and yet they have inmates that have been in their prisons 30 or 40 years for that same.crime. Also here In Texas they started letting out some.prisoners early about 12 years ago. Rapists, armed robbers and even murders were let out but non violent drug cased were not due to mandatory sentencing. So we need to raise pay levels to attract and keep quality COs and or close and consolidate prisons to keep only the most violent inside. Either that or build more prisons......remember the county jails often house inmates for months and months waiting for.a bed to open up which in itself is a major problem

I used to work on K street in DC, used to hangout in Adam's Morgan, DC dudes are different very aggressive towards outsiders...I moved to south Florida and hung out with the Zoes and Jamaicans and they were dangerous dudes but laid back, as long as u didn't fck with them u were good, even Baltimore dudes were cool, DC dudes would fck w u for no reason just cause ur not one of them, most aggressive in my experience

I'm from DC. DC is not a state. We use to have a state prison located in Virginia, called lorton. That prison got closed down and we got sent to the feds.
If you get arrested in the District, you go to D.C City jail(which is a zoo in itself) then when you get sentenced you go to the Feds

I was a CO at a federal prison for 4 years, but i worked at a private prison that had a contract to house DC inmates and yeah.....they were off the chain!
