I’ve been doing Chloe Ting workouts everyday for over a month. I do them at home during my lunch break. Today I decided to take a rest day because I am exhausted. I grab my cheese and crackers, lay down in my bed, open up YT and seriously find Mia doing Chloe Ting. I can’t escape!!

@@suu964 Sorry this isn't gonna be really informative cause it was a thing I did very spontaneously. So I didn't really weigh myself or take any measurements but if I had to say anything I feel like the workout definitely made me stronger and did change the way my abs looked a bit for the better. I have to say I didnt have a clean diet or anything so if you probably do that odds are you'll see much more of a change. Sorry I couldn't help that much 💙💜💙 but for everyone doing it or wanting to do it I would definitely say go for it. Not to only see a change in your body but to also just feel good and productive cause you know you're doing something productive and healthy
Suu96 I lost a couple of pounds on the 2 week shred. I’m doing her 2019 Summer Shred Challenge now and I think I’m losing more inches than pounds but I feel a lot stronger and my clothes fit better.I did start adding in a little bit extra cardio everyday though.
I am not good at doing my own measurements, I feel like they’re always in a different spot each time so I don’t know if it’s accurate.
Also I would like to add that I've only been doing one of the videos not all of the ones in the program because I'm very new to workouts and wanted to pace myself but that can also be part of the reason why I dont have the biggest of changes lol

Girl. SAAAAAAAME. it's unreal how messed up my stomach looks and I've never had kids. I've had 8 surgeries and even though they went in laprascopically so the scars aren't huge, they still left my stomach looking pretty bad. I want a tummy tuck and lipo so bad.

dont feel bad, i did it one time and decided i would not continue. it's way too much!! idk how anyone keeps the motivation to do it for 2 weeks 🤷♀️ but you'd be better off working out less and doing it consistently than doing the most and never feeling like doing it again.

i tried the chloe ting's work out everyday (just the 10min ab workout, and i added on some cardio as well) for 2 weeks and ngl it worked really well for me. i'm someone who hasn't seriously exercised in about 2-3 years, and man the first week was so ridiculously hard, i ached everywhere and i barely get through most of the exercises. but the results were totally worth it and it made me feel a lot stronger too!

I have worked out the 10 min and abs for 3 weeks now plus 30 mins walk and works pretty well. My pants are falling 😂
@@sofieg9 i didn't eat anything special, but my regular diet is pretty clean! usually my main proteins are chicken (breast is my favorite part so i usually already eat that) and also eggs, and not anything particularly fatty.

The mom's before and after differed! She got toned! Her abs are more defined, the 11 ab lines show more. Maybe it wasn't the drastic results that she wanted, but her results are still amazing, front and back! I just feel like she didn't get enough hype in this video. Her body did amazing!

I did this challenge because it didn't seem that long for me, a person who never exercises and - I died while doing it but I was so proud for finishing it!
results weren't exactly visible but I did lose 2 inches in the hip dips area

Oh hi! Neither of us lost any weight but we did lose inches off our waists! The biggest difference was that we were a lot stronger. I wasnt able to do push ups before this challenge but I can now and hold a plank for a while. My abs peaked through but weren’t like... prominent. I felt like I looked the same but the pictures showed a lot less puffiness ! Go ahead and do it! Best if you did it for a month. We did it for 3 weeks.

I finished the 2week shred challenge like 13 days ago *it changed my body so much*
Now I'm doing the 10min abs workout from Alexis Ren + 10min 6pack abs from Pamela Rf.
Thanks to Chloe first of all I'm able to finish both the videos because I got used to her program being hard and just with one workout I felt like doing nothing.
I can clearly see my abs and that line now hehe, I'm so so proud of myself and the fact that I feel guilty when I don't work out 🙃

Abs in 2 weeks if you're already in shape. If you have a belly, not so much. There's no hope for me. What I'd like to see is someone who is my body shape try this and see where it takes them. Also you have to keep doing it otherwise you'll gain the weight back. You can't just stop.

If you look, I'm sure there are plenty of people that have your body shape who have made videos/posted pics. There is plenty of hope for you, just put the effort in. Remember to set a goal that is not just " I want abs in two weeks" cause its not realistic, set a goal like I want to just be able to complete 2 weeks. And if you get results good for you! but if you don't just realize there's so much you have accomplished even if you haven't seen results in terms of getting healthier. When I started doing these challenges, the first thing that improved for me was my mental health and mindset. And in terms of gaining the weight back, that goes for any sort of workout program, if you stop for long periods the weight will come back, especially if your diet is bad.

its also okay to not be happy with the way you are. its okay to want to change. wanting to be exactly like someone else is where problems arise. but wanting to become a healthier, thinner version of yourself is perfectly fine.

Currently doing The Flat Tummy Challenge that's good for 28 days. Its personally rly effective even if I put slight modifications on it. You can check chloe ting's site for other free programs tho ~ they're absolutely well made
