245 of those of the "Greatest Generation" pass away every day. They are leaving us now to be with their shipmates and brothers in arms. God bless all of you.
What a shame...... this program looks unprofessionally done. To the camera work, and annoying audio whine.... and that ghastly looking wreath (looks like a 5 y.o. made it). Were they on a tight budget?? One would expect more, considering the 80th anniversary and honoring the last surviving veterans. Hopefully the live audience don't notice a thing. Unfortunately, us viewers do.... just distracting, otherwise a very momentous ceremony. Yes, the "Greatest Generation", compared to what we have now...................so sad
