What about those instances when money is not used effectively by the government-are those instances somehow related to this one instance?
And for all we know about this one instance, the confusion might've been the result of human error & not a case of insufficient spending.

I have to say that the fact that you have so many different police departments is crazy. This is why there’s a problem with speaking to each other re arrests and warrants. In Australia, we have the state police, who cover the entire state. One police department for each state or territory. Other than that the is the Australian Federal Police who typically look after completely different issues, ie immigration status, import of drugs, etc., and cover the entire country. The criminal records for each state or territory are held by that police department. So if someone is arrested in Melbourne and then in Bendigo, our information bureau has everything in one location. Every arrest in the state is logged at the central location. Much easier to check these matters if there’s any issue. It’s the same with our Office ofCorrections who look after offenders on Probation and C.B.O’s, all handled by the state government department. Absolutely love Judge Simpson, such a good and fair man. But BS him at your peril 😅

They could find out instantly, but are not required to. This is not a cause for more taxation when we're already taxed more than enough.
The courts rightfully work expeditiously in their own time. Throwing money at them that we don't have wont help anything but to burden taxpayers, especially when it doesn't need to be 'helped' in the first place.

Narcissist the most over used and incorrectly used word of the last cpl years .All therapist , psychiatrists , or any one in the field should do a PSA “ You can’t diagnose or even minutely know if someone is a narcissist from a video or clip.We have diagnostic tests and criteria for a reason. Doesn’t matter 😂what the video is about.. if a person isn’t shown as an angel then you will always have someone confidently proclaiming the subject as a narcissist. The psychopath and sociopath fad that was going around a couple years has turned into this . Also, even if he was one that doesn’t cancel out anxiety..they don’t cancel out.

The more people try and talk themselves out of trouble the more they get into trouble….in trying to do the right thing….and it just so happens he has to take care of his kids and pick them up at school🙄🤷🏻‍♀️

As someone who has to present impromptu often for my job (though not quite as often as lawyers), sometimes you just have bad days. You've been hyperfocused on something else and then you have to quickly change gears, the coffee never really kicked in, you didn't sleep well last night and it feels like the connection between your brain and mouth has been severed, and sometimes nerves come out of nowhere. You eventually learn to shake it off and move on to the next one. A prepared talk is almost always better than something you have to come up with on the spot.
