Hey it's my game! Thank you for the great explanation and kind review. We tried really hard to make the content fun and interesting, I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Dude that “let me show you how to play” hit different. I really felt it that time.
seems like a real fun game
And I agree, no one plays those kind of games to win, they do it for the fun discussions and laughs
I don't know if I'd go for this game, but I do appreciate that they have those special no cards for uncomfortable situations.
first time watching a bgr (board game review), and i will be back. these are so fun
i like that just in the cards you selected, there's a mix of totally absurd dilemmas and things that could conceivably happen in real life, keeps things interesting. also that 'dating for 6 weeks, offer to move around the globe w them' thing is absolutely real life--the number of house hunter international episodes where that's exactly the situation is uh. Wild. lol
Sounds like a fun game, especially with, like, newer acquaintances, where you might know *some* stuff about them, but there's still plenty of room for fun surprises.
As someone who has had a micro-meteorite embedded within me that let me live other people's lives, I appreciate the option to opt out of questions I'm not comfortable with.
It's kinda sad that these games need to have written rules about skipping questions.
yeah there's a lot of turdular people out there who will try to force the issue to make people uncomfortable. This said it's useful to have a quick unambiguous way of getting out of such a situation even when you trust everybody. I had to use a skip of this kind one time in a tabletop rpg and I was very glad that the ground rules were already in place: I just said "nope" and that was the end of that line of narration.
I only follow this channel for the skits honestly but I’ll try to watch the board reviews more often as they are fun
Haven’t checked out one of your game reviews until now, and I should’ve sooner. Thanks for the in-depth explanation, seems like a pretty good time! I’ve also got a game request for a future review, could you take a look into Hegemony? It’s a simulation of an America-like economy where each player takes the role of a socioeconomic class, like Working Class and Capitalist Class, and seeks to obtain their own, unique goal. I’d love to see what you think.
Love these reviews! you inspired me to start a board game collection :)
This game looks like it'd be pretty fun, nice review.
Should've ended with, "It's pretty good tbh."
I’m sure that me and the boys with our competitive mindset, would overthink every card and end up sitting over the game all night 😂
Very Nice 🧡💛
because edgy writing makes the game feel cringe.
Those no cards would be super awkward to see. If one of my friends used a no card, i feel like it would just make me wonder why they didn't want to talk about that and definitely hurt the vibe overall lol.
I would assume those would be mostly for when you play with people you're less familiar with, rather than close friends who you share everything with
I think it's reasonable to have a boundary you wouldn't want to get into, whatever it is
The game for when you're mother let's you play Fortnite e tomar cola
