- We recently held a raffle in order to raise funds for Guide Dogs UK
If you would like to make a donation, no matter how small, every penny helps - my just giving page is :

They are an amazing charity that give confidence and independence to those people with visual impairments.
We put together a bundle of Yankee Candle Products to give away as a prize, and set up a Just Giving Page to collect the ticket money.
My wonderful friends raised £233 by buying raffle tickets - a huge shout out to each and everyone of you

Thanks so much Matt. Yes, I was very pleased with the amount raised, just from my facebook friends and family. I have raised almost £700 now for Guide Dogs UK - so, now I know that people are interested in the raffles - I intend to do a monthly raffle.
Throughout the life of a Guide Dog, it costs around £55,000.00 - so, thats a huge amount of money that the charity needs to raise. So, every little Helps. I am so excited to get my guide dog x love to you and Corey x

Hey Amir. Thats so exciting to hear. Good luck with your assessment - and don't be nervous about it - you will be fine. Its a fairly long wait - but the freedom the Guide Dog will give you , will far outweigh the wait. Good luck, and please let us know how you get on :-)
