Beef without bone-500g
Turmeric-1 tea sp
Salt[I add 2 tea sp]
Water
To fry:
Oil-1/4 cup
Onion-2[med]
Curry leaves
Red or green chili
Turmeric-1 tea sp
Chili flakes[I add 1 TBsp]
Lime juice
