Rock N Rolla by Kano was definitely one of the better cross over efforts. Better to experiment with autotune and make a song to do with a movie and have witty wordplay to do with rock and roll music than get some indie singer to do some cringe chrous and rap some cringe verses trying to be politically correct. If anything Kano stayed true to the brand but just with a different genre like 'Wiley - Wearing my rolex'. To reiterate, there were much much worse failed cross over attempts than Kano - Rock N Rolla and they could be seen on channel u/aka daily
