  • Lets get this motor together. Going to go step-by-step so that we can make sure we've crossed all of our T's and dotted all of our I's.

      @@juicer911 yessir! I’m rebuilding my first 4 stroke at the moment. I’ve learned a lot. Got a complete wrench rabbit kit ordered. Hopefully have it running in a few weeks

      @@jordandennington2076 that’s awesome! I have competed a few 4strokes. Take your time and don’t force things and it will work!

      @@juicer911 yeah man I’m just nervous about the transmission and stuff. I’m scared to pull that stuff out lol looks so complicated to me. Everything in the bottom end is similar to a 2 stroke. It’s not near as bad as I thought it would be

    Do I have to take the oil pump out to split the cases

      I’m not 100% sure if there is a long bolt that goes through to hold the other case side. I know all of the bolts don’t have to come out, but I’m thinking one is a little longer than the others.

    what year?

    At 21.52 seconds in the vid, on the clutch the washer? On mine it falls back to far and doesn’t stay on the notches. I don’t think that’s normal, what do you think Kenneth??

    • @juicer911
      @juicer911  2 роки тому

      If the washer does not stay in the notches, it might not lock the clutch properly. I would either replace the washer or make sure that your clutch basket is seated back properly.

      Start with a clean space. Magnetic bowl helps keep the really small parts in on location. If it’s going to be time in between the build, get a manual or record yourself. That will give you a reference for reassemble
