Yeah they're overfished now. Commercial guys have figured out how to catch hundreds of tons off the Carolinas every year plus the charter captains used to be able to sell them and would keep all they could sell. Plus there are thousands more boats fishing each day than there were back then...the herd is thin!

Why's pepper get such a bad rap? I'm not really a fan of white pepper, or even lemon pepper on fish... But a little fresh cracked black pepper can really set some fish off! Love the simple recipe though! Great channel

If you want to get off the mac and cheese and try something different fried ice creamdice them into 1-inch cubes or 1/2 inch cubes wherever use real cream thickened with a little Wonder flower salt to taste don't add the pepper your wife doesn't like it give it a try
