Well, in Jason X, the flash freezing worked. It was just the idiocy of the students and teachers that freed him.
Cryogenically freezing Jason has been shown to work, and would be much easier than the space option. Just make sure no idiots unfreeze him this time.
Chaining him at the bottom of Crystal Lake works, too. Would a vat containing water from Crystal Lake have the same effect? Is it the actual waters or the geographical location that matter?

It's a lightsaber, it's no big deal.
Batman doesn't even need a star wars lightsaber to kill jason, he could use the watch tower to teleport jason into the sun. Batman could use one of the green lantherns to toss him into earths atmosphere to burn up on impact into ash or launch him into deep space. he could use swamp thing to bury jason in a prison of the green, i'm pretty sure that could keep jasons physical body incapacitated in the earth forever or sink him in dirt and slice off his head or smash his head in with the green or pierce his demonic heart with bramble vines crawling up his leg into his anal cavity or inside his wounds in his body and crush it with plants or swamp thing could summon a giant tree from the ground and split jason into bits from the impact. batman could have Martian Manhunter mentally project jasons mother in his mind to convince his soul to move on to the after life or squish him into a pile of bloody decayed meat chunks . superman could easily crush jason into a puddle of sludge, or batman could have superman use his heat vision or ice breath from a distance to vaporize or freeze jasons limbs off and stomp him like a roach. jason is not doomsday, he's basically a weaker version of Alan Scott's villain solomon grundy who batman fights in his rogues batman could put on the hell bat suit and knock him out and send him into space. aqua man could beat down jason cause his skin is pressurized and impenetrable by any normal camping tool and camping weapon like his iconic machete axe harpoon gun pitch fork pick axe knives would shatter on impact if he swung or threw it as hard as he could to aqua mans body aqua man is skilled in combat with his trident and could summon a kaiju lovecraftian crustacean sea monster to eat his body from inside of the lake which is also apparently connected to the ocean, he could summon great white sharks, killer whales and giant squids piranhas to eat him, same as wonder woman she's a Demi God who could break jasons camping tool weapons, make him confess his weaknesses with her lasso of truth cut him up with her magic sword and has quick reflexes to dodge his attacks. flash could beat jason voorhees by either reversing time to make sure he was never born save him from drowning in the first place reuniting him with his mom with time travel phase jasons skeleton out his body and grab jason by the legs and drag his decayed corpse on the concrete till he was a smear of meat scrapped bone hands and legs on the ground. batman with the bat jet and bat Mobile could blow up his entire body to smithereens with the ammo in his vehicle, he could use etrigan the demon to vomit hell fire on jason, dr fate Constantine and zatana could trap jason in a void or send him to hell and even Deadman could beat him the atom could shrink on a sub atomic level into his body with a nuclear bomb and blow jasons entire body up including his heart.

There is one other aspect of dealing with Jason that Batman might not be ready for.
Jason's ability to teleport
Jason's teleportation is varied in distance and conditions, but it usually is done in the presence of fog or if his victims lose sight of him.
Batman would need to constantly monitor Jason and with the removal of Jason's limbs, it would also be safe to put Jason on ice using Mr. Freeze's gun

With Cobra commanders frequent displays of cowardice, Batman would constantly sneak into the Cobra HQ and scare him at night, eventually leading to a complete mental breakdown within his own frail mentality. Due to the constant infiltration and escapes This would showcase flaws and have a trickle down effect upon Cobra leadership, as Cobra Commander would blame them, eventually leading to the disbandment of the entire Cobra organization when higher ups leave. Teaming up with GI Joe Special Forces, clean up of the remaining bad agents without the full backing of full complete cobra organization can then easily proceed.

I always figured that it was Pamela Voorhees possessing Jason's body after she died. Thus, Jason vs Freddy was actually just Freddy Krueger and Pam Voorhees having a fun first date!

It could be interesting to see Batman do a breakdown of how he would deal with Doc Terror, Doc Terror's Daughter Amber, and Hacker from The Centurions; and maybe how he would neutral the Centurions and some of their more notable allies. Batman dealing with future tech is pretty fun to see finding ways to work around.

The only people who actually beat him were the special forced that blew him up. So grab those records learn that his heart survived and keep that heart in a contained steel box. Have constatine use his spells to keep any supernatural forced locked in cause he can influence others telepathically. Then have that sent to the phatom zone.

The best plan would be to simply cordon off the Crystal Lake area entirely and ensure nobody trespasses on that territory. Jason protects what he sees as his home and the site of his mother's passing. If the area remains undisturbed, Jason will have no cause to hunt or kill. The only times he's been drawn away were because of those that disturbed his rest, which caused Jason to hunt them all the way to Manhattan, when Freddy Krueger tricked him with images of his mother, when the Necronomicon was being misused, and when he was captured and taken to a military facility for study, resulting in his cryogenic freezing and subsequent sojourn aboard a spacecraft to another planet.
It should also be noted that if we're talking about Uber-Jason then his physical resilience is extraordinary. He withstood planetary reentry unprotected and later a small nuclear device when attempts at containing him within a holographic dreamworld failed. It also needs to be made clear that Jason's demonic will can affect machines to some extent. Like when the medical platform came on without anyone controlling it, and the automatic program was set to abort reconstruction due to there being not enough available tissue for reconstruction, only for it to be somehow overridden to use the surrounding materials to rebuild Jason into a cybernetically augmented entity. Jason, now the Uber-Jason, maintains these nanites inside him and can communicate with them to an extent. Meaning not only can he regenerate damage, but also reconstruct himself using the matter around him to substitute any missing tissue he may have.
This makes any form of physical containment nearly impossible. A plasma weapon would also have a difficult time dealing damage to Uber-Jason. Not only that, but his physical strength is also far greater than it was originally. And he could already lift a 10ton boiler off himself one-handed and pierce clean through a car engine using an iron pike he ripped off the cemetery gate. He can punch peoples heads clean off and fold them completely in half with ease. Engaging Jason physically without augmentations of his own would be suicide. Even for Batman. Pain and injuries may work on most opponents. But Jason doesn't feel pain and damage to his body is more an annoyance than anything.
Another thing of note with Jason is he will use anything as a weapon that he can. Be it a rock, a tool like a wrench, an axe, a javelin for sports. Anything and everything Jason can put his hands on is a lethal weapon. Even if its his own severed limb, or someone elses. Cooking utensils, chainsaws, chains & rope, there is no real limit to what Jason will use as a weapon. A machete may be his most notable weapon, but it's not the only one.
batman’s next contingency plan should be about jigsaw from saw.

I always felt like his soul is bound to Crystal Lake so you would need to basically drain and destroy the entire lake in order to keep him from showing back up.
Maybe even keep it from having water in the area as a focus for his soul to exert itself. Like a covered parking garage or something.

In every instance where he’s shown coming back to life, it takes outside interference to revive him.
If it weren’t for other people messing with his corpse, he’d stay dead.

Part 7: Tina unwittingly uses her telekinesis to revive him.
Part 8: A boat anchor accidentally cuts an electrical cable running along the bottom of the lake, which electrocutes Jason and revives him.

Part 10: A group of student finds him cryogencially frozen & thaws him out.
Freddy vs Jason: Freddy tells him to get his ass out of bed and get to killing.
If people would just stop messing with him, he’d stay dead.
