It’s the most amazing thing u could ever feel. Wether it’s comping down from that third barrel or jumping of the horse to tie the steer up, no matter how many times u do it u will always get an adrenaline rush. Sorry for rambling.
Quarters and paits are amazeing horse breeds. Although i dont know if id have a purebred. Id prolly get a mix. Less purebred problems. Lots of purebreds have problems, just cuz they were bread with so many things and even inbred. So id get a mut horse. But i might make a consideration for a paint or quarter. They has a special place in my heart 4 allways.
My dream is to take horseback riding lessons but ... it's impossible ... I don't have enough money to pay for the lessons ... and to think that some people mistreat horses ... and I don't realize my dream ..... 😭 😭😭
Don't ever stop to dream big I'm sure you will somewhen reach your dream it's never to late you just need to belive. I myself am a rider and I was scared to ride after I've fallen many times but I didn't stop to dream of riding without fear and now I'm here riding without fear so remember you got this! Don’t stop or give up. I thought I would never make it,never win a buckle, never win money,never make it to big things but now I’ve made it,I’ve won 2 buckles on from a jackpot and one I’m from a rodeo In going to the BBR and race of the champions so don’t give up.

Ya but still we all have our opinion here but some people like it some dont I mean i know iys not bad but it just doesn't seem right horses are like humans how would you like to do circles repetedly with a saddle plus a person on youre back they are alot like us humans and get dizzy just as easy
Please educate yourself on it. We train our horses very carefully. Think of it like a ballet dancer, they do lots of exercises to make sure that when they do that spin they don’t get hurt. That’s what we do. Lots of exercises to ensure the safety of the horse. Also many horses love doing it.
How do you think horses feel having to jump with a rider on their back? Or having to do a prance with tight reins? You can say this about every area of horseback. Nothing is bad if the rider knows what they’re doing and does it properly.
It's called bending/flexing and stretching their muscle on the ground when they are on the horse the horses are OK with it they are train and they have the right equipment on so they don't injure their hocks or pasterns
Most western riders do it’s called reining and taking horses in a circle is for when they acted up or try to buck or rear it keeps them from doing it and so horses are bred to do reining and barrel racing
@@_itz_scarlet_5706 also when they spin it's for reining. They will skid then do a 360 right or left spin, then they do a rollback and gallop down to the other end and repeat. Most riders spin horses in circles for reasons such as they won't go forward so they are making them work, You don't ever want to spin them if they rear or buck you make them move forward.
@@rhiannonwesen4645 the spins and rollbacks are also what most cattles horses will do when cutting. The reining movements are refined from movements made to cut cattle

SO TRUE!!!!! Once a person does only one barrel run they will be tied to it forever. The feeling you get is like no other.

no they don't they are trained if you read up on some stuff you would know what your talking about
