I listen to this track like some people listen to Lose Yourself as I get ready to challenge the day. The consciousness in this song. The shots at the government. Reminding the people that they have ears to hear, eyes to see and mouths so they must speak. Even in 2003, 2004, this song remained the track the people play when they get tired, when they are ready to say enough. Whenever something was boiling then, that track was playing at a few places.
