- My truck is a little over due for a oil change and while getting that taken care of I made a new friend that works there.. While waiting for a oil change my wife and I walk/ run the beach then get our day moving...
Al, you are such a sincere and kind man, husband, and Dad. When you both were walking to the beach, the scene was so beautiful. It would be great if people picked up trash and threw it in a trash container. You working out with your daughter was priceless. Al, thank you for the inspiration and positivity and kindness you bring to those who need it. Love to you all. ❤

Great video bro, I'm a licensed dietitian and a personal trainer, I have advice for you and take it with a grain of salt. You want to gain weight and muscle, you need to take in more calories than you burn. Being as thin as you are you have a super high metabolism so you burn fat faster than most people. It's good to eat all that healthy food but alot of that type of food has low fat content, you need higher fat content. Rule of thumb is calories in calories out, if your trying to put weight on you gotta take in way more calories than you burn. Look this is ONLY my opinion and there are millions of people out there that think they know better than the next guy. I'm just trying to help brother, God bless you and your family.
We take grocery bags to the beach and pick up everything we can find, before we leave. Anyone leaving rubbish on a beach, SHOULD be banned from ever going again.
It’s so bad here they closed major boating spots over the holiday weekend. People just ruin everything because they won’t pick up after themselves.

I was surprised how nice this vlog was! This is a good break from the mowing, I still want the mowing videos but I will be liking this channel as well. I have been a fan for over two years now. One suggestion though, check the oil to make sure it's at the right level and looks new. I once had a shop do some work on a GMC truck I had, they did some of the work but not all. They were supposed to grease the front end. I paid and then I checked it out in the parking lot. Well, they didn't grease anything. I got the manager to come out and look for himself. Yep, they pulled it back in and greased it right in front of me! Have a nice day!😎

Great video. Trash pick up outdoors is something I do here in Illinois. Forest preserves and bike trails. And half the time it's within sight of a can. So, I carry gloves and a small kitchen bag.

Hey you need to cross your trailer chains. Left to right, and right to left. It creates a cradle in the event your trailer comes unhitched. And, please put your phone down when you are driving. we can still hear you without you looking down at your phone.
Riding a bicycle is a great way to exercise. Ebikes are bringing many older adults back to cycling.
Cities need to do more to encourage people to ride bicycles. Safe protected bike lanes and trails are needed so adults and children can ride safely. Speak up for bicycles in your community. Bicycles make life and cities better. Ask your local transportation planner and elected officials to support more protected bike lanes and trails. Children should be riding a bicycle to school and not be driven in a minivan. Be healthier and happier. Ride a bicycle regularly.
