    Im about the same size as him, I go to the gym 5 days a week and have 3 meals a day . All the supplements are not needed

      It's the same stuff, but when bulking, you just need to eat more than you eat in a normal day.

    Never watched Geordie Shore, but this guy is COOL, top man, love the TUNES. Tried that muscle food myself, IT IS SUCH SHITE!!!! They use the dregs, don't touch it with a barge pole, he is obviously being paid to advertise it.

      He only needs to up the carbs if hes bulking he states he dosent cut or bulk but stays lean
