Hey Joel so I'm actually trying to follow your diet but had a quick question. how do you know how much food to weigh out each meal and what the reason behind your calculations??
Never watched Geordie Shore, but this guy is COOL, top man, love the TUNES. Tried that muscle food myself, IT IS SUCH SHITE!!!! They use the dregs, don't touch it with a barge pole, he is obviously being paid to advertise it.

He only needs to up the carbs if hes bulking he states he dosent cut or bulk but stays lean
