They basically started turning him in another Frank, he behaved like this father not wanting to be there for his wife and kids. Just go to work, watch tv, golf, or have sex. He basically has the mind of a child because of Marie's parenting.
To peter Boyle and doris Roberts as frank and marie barone and the other actors and actresses who passed away my thoughts are with your family you may be gone but not forgotten still going strong after all these years later appreciate the memories and a good laugh appreciate you guys thanks merry Christmas best wishes to the barone family god bless you guys thanks !!! @ It’s the one where Marie asked if Debra bought Ray the DVD player for pornography. From there, Debra sarcastically answered yes which made Marie said this: “I don’t like that”
@victora.hernandez8062 Ok thanks. I thought that's what you were referring to but I wasn't sure. I think Marie knew Debra was being sarcastic because how could she not know? Also Marie is so dramatic I think her response would have been way more drawn out and overly exaggerated had she taken Debra's reply seriously.
@@BrickCityEllA I could have sworn there were moments where Marie didn’t approve of comments that involve something perverted even if it wasn’t sarcastic. Like the Season 2 episode “Mozart” where his mother didn’t didn’t like how her son remembered E, G, B, D, F as “Ellen Garvey’s behind deserves framing” for example.
He wanted a wife n kids but never do the work to hold them together. He takes his good fortune for granted. A family man is the best thing any man can be.

What about the Season 5 episode titled “Frank Paints” where Ray instructs his father that he and Debra wanted the house painted Chantilly Lace yet Frank wanted to paint it yellow without their consent? I thought that was one of the few moments where Ray was trying to please Debra without having to be a horrible husband.
@Eugh the Wallpaper was my favorite because Ray finally snapped at his parents even though yes he’s very selfish a lot he lost his anger with his parents and telling them the wallpaper was the final straw.
I forgot this was 2000/2001, when DVD players were just getting huge (albeit I think DVDs came out in 1998). We had a DVD/VCR combo, something you won't find today.
I remember how DVD players seemed so amazing. It didn’t have any tracking issues; pausing it seemed like a freeze-frame; and the fact that there was an interactive menu before playing the movie was just so cool and different. Oh, the 90s; how much I miss thee…
@@noneofyourbusiness6809Chill out. I do the same thing. We know this is just a show, but we can still comment on scenes and the way the cast members are on the show as if they’re a real thing because we find this sitcom to be that entertaining.
Even worse, this is the 2nd thing he ruined for Robert. Trip to Cooperstown to meet the 1969 World Series Chanps NY Mets players & then this trip to Myrtle Beach
Brilliant comedy. 😊
Seriously, Ray can never stop getting in his own way when it comes to having an opportunity to do something so fun.
The Super Bowl trip and then this
We all know Ray is a selfish manchild of a husband, but there are episodes where it shows much more than others. This episode is definitely up there.
He is a flat out immature jerk.
@@DK-un9km 😂😂😂
As always, Marie's there to help!🤣
Always 😂😂😂
Raymond really takes this one for granted! 😂
Stupid ray being paranoid!😂
Serves you right Ray
4:47 He got it for what he deserves
debra face = chocolate sauce at 1:24 LOL

Exactly the reason why very very good parents always teach their children why they can have some things. Not everything.
1:17 All right. What's going on? Debra's face brownie mix.

Good for you Debra
Either Marie didn’t like Debra’s sarcastic response or she didn’t understand that Debra was being sarcastic.

2:25 Hey, you asked, Marie. And by the way, the answer is "Sometimes".

Ray deserves that.. bro is so insecure, kinda of annoy me watching this clip
😂
Ray is not a good husband.

He annoys me and I’m a husband.
No, really? Ya think?
@ee-mv3es I'm unable to have kids. It hit a chord when I see ppl throw it all away

When is Debra going to divorce Ray?
Ray is not good husband when u need him to be
He's also not a good husband when you DON'T need him to be.

Ray does what he does best. Being super annoying!
Hense the comedy.
Ray could be just as bad as marie..
Marie is too noisy
Ray love chocolate
dude, why are you looking a gift horse in the mouth?
I had to shut this off half way through. Ray is being too much of an asshole. Painful to watch.
Really dude, it’s a tv show?! Besides, Patricia Heaton’s character Debra is ALWAYS bitchy. Debra & Ray deserve one another.
You take tv shows way too seriously 😆

I think this programme is funny but he's pathetic, if I was his wife I would have divorced him after 1week
