  • DISCLAIMER: The large green plants I called cucumbers were actually sunflowers. I confused the two because I have never planted or grown sunflowers, but they actually grew from the seeds in my bird feeder. The tomorrows however, we’re from fallen tomatoes from the last season. They do in fact grow back every year without me planting them.
My mission for this channel is to teach individuals fun and useful skills and to empower others to become more self sufficient and sustainable. I hope you enjoy!

In my case the following plants are growing on it's own in my second season in the tropics:
Tomatoes, eggplants, basil, amaranth, papaya, sweet melons ans sweet potatoes.
There are in the soil and also from the compost.
I have to arange them, because the Papayas, tomatoes, eggplants are growing even in all my pots 😆 .
My sweetpatoes are highjacking my beds with corn or pumpkin.
So it's not only a benefit...

Yes! They really will grow like weeds I your other beds at times. In the beginning of the season I pot them and keep them, and once I have enough I pull them like weeds.
