That's it! I'm going back to school to finish and then go into dentistry. I hate to go into debt but I may just have to take that leap. By time I graduate, I'll be in my early 40's but it tis what it tis lol
ChanFacets girl i love that u are taking the leap. i'll graduate at 36 so ur not alone in starting a career later. its better to do it now than regret it later in life for not doing it. Its a lot of debt but it will pay for itself. Good luck!
That’s awesome good for you! I’m waiting to get accepted into dental hygiene school right now, and I am already in my mid-30s. So I can relate to starting/changing a career a little bit later in life, but everyone’s timeline is different and valid!
@@Fyrienwood Definitely everyone’s timeline is different. I was working in my 20s on my first degree. During covid that has changed so this has pushed me to start a new career. Everyone has their own paths. But as long as we get there no matter the age! Hope you got into dental school!
Go for it!! I'm a dentistry student in Portugal and I graduate this year. I have colleagues that are twice my age (I'm 23) or even older and they took a leap in faith and it's going great!! I have a lot of respect for them because they have to juggle between kids and work and lots of other stuff but they are still going strong. This is their dream! So if you are dedicated and believe dentistry is really what you see yourself doing future wise then what are waiting for?!

I will attend dental school soon , but I do not have nice teeth. I also have gum disease . It started since I wore braces , then I can not get rid of it no matter how much I clean my teeth or how often I see dentist. I feel very stressful
