  • I had 2 wheels that was going to install on my bench grinder but decided to put on the lathe to polish my pens I make.

This gives me a great idea. I have an auxiliary chuck mount on the left side of the lathe head. I never use it. I could put a buffing wheel there! Great build man!

Thanks for watching Russ, hope some get something out of it....for the money it was quite a bit less than buying the 3 wheel ones or even the 2 wheel ones......see you in ATL

As soon as i get my new lathe, i'll make something like this, or maybe dedicate my old small lathe for this. Nice!

pretty cool Mike y by when you can DIY I'm going to have to look into making this because I've seen him do things cost in magazines and online and I always look right past it LOL thanks for sharing that brother and still no word back from Brian about the gift card have you mailed him 2 or 3 times now

np don't worry he will let you know if he didn't get it....lol. Yeah i had the extra mandrel, and i think the pads were 7 or 8.00 from hd. all you need is the polish to apply, so instead of spending 80 or more for the premade ones this was cheap, easy and it will work for what i am using it for. Thanks again for watching Joe.
