If I place an order for Tesla Model Y in November with current price of $65K, getting delivered in 2023. in this scenario am I eligible for EV credit for 2023 or still comes under 2022 order?
If I make 110k M.A.G.I. per year when I take delivery of the car in February 2023, but I make 220k M.A.G.I. when I file my tax return in 2024, will I still qualify for the EV tax credit for that 2024 tax return?
If the car will be delivered after January 1, 2023, do I qualify for a tax credit (bolt euv 2023)? In this video it states made order in 2023 which I think is not correct, I think it just needs to be delivered after 1 January 2023
You can get one or both halves worth $3750 each, but not anything less. So for example, if your car has 40% of minerals coming from acceptable locations when it should have 50%, you would get nothing. It’s all or nothing on each half.

What was the date you purchased the vehicle? And also curious what were you told at the dealer?
@@GoGreenPost I purchased the car 9/21/22 I was told that the dealership is giving you a $6300 customer rebate but nothing about the EV credit

Ok in reality the dealer is ready to raise the price by the same amount of tax credit to pocket the tax credit
