The fact "All i see is red" is being repeated over with so much intent and anger yet a sense of tiredness just goes to show Broly is so filled with his own rage and hate that he can't see straight anymore and all he wants is just destruction and revenge regardless of who dies in his way, he just can't wait for that bloodshed that he was destined to fulfill against his fabled enemy, Kakarot.
I know Broly would massacre any Sayain regardless of their power on sight. Because what makes Broly unique is the fact that he gets stronger everytime he gets hit or attacked. It's like everytime you beat him he gets stronger. Beside vegeta's father had Broly killed because he knew he would grow up to be the ultimate badass.
