The CH160 from Deepcool is an affordable Mini ITX chassis which removes the complications often associated with small form factor PC builds, and instead takes things back to basics without many compromises.
ITX builds by definition should be small and portable, an ideal size for those building eSports PC's and value their ease of service and lightweight movability. The CH160 is without a doubt one of the most simplistic, yet efficient cases in this regard. The perforated mesh panels allow for high airflow with minimal fans, this in turn leads to great cooling with low noise.
The lack of radiator support could be a turn off for some, but with the cases ability to house most, if not all full size air coolers, there's truly no reason to skip this one. Graphics card length limitations could be troublesome, but again if we're being mindful of the target audience for a case like this, it's unlikely you would be building with an RTX 4090 inside.

Total build cost - $1400
The combination of large air cooler support, solid construction and portability makes the Deepcool CH160 one of my favourite ITX cases so far in 2024. Furthermore, the Assassin 4S cooler is able to move lots of air quietly and the design language is perfectly suited for this setup.

that case and heatsink combo is perfect. future build for my kids when they are a bit older i think. pefect sff without having to cram everything in there like the fractal terra which is very nice too.

For everyone that wants a small pc like this but doesn't want to pay the ITX tax (itx Mainboards usually being more expensive) take a look at the Jonsplus z20. It's a case with basically the same concept that's just a little bit bigger but it supports mATX Mainboards.
That cooler is MASSIVE

Very cool case. I saw it few weeks ago on some channel from Asia region. And we are waiting for it availability at our supplier at the end of May. And also thus case is pretty cheap compared to other ITX cases!

I got the CH360 Digital after your CH360 video about a month ago. The CH160 looks tempting as heck, but I like my CH360 Digital build. I actually transplanted a mini-ITX build from January 2020 into that case and upgraded the CPU to the Ryzen 5700X3D and ended up using the Freezer 36 ARGB.
Deepcool is on the right track. With Matt Lee builds, these products show themselves even better.

You know what they say about early birds catching the worm? I like to think early comments catch the best coffee ☕️ let’s go buddy!
With so few fans too, I'm shocked the airflow was so aggressive. Love the simplicity
Smaller internal volume means less cubic feet, means more air per CFM of fan actually moves. (oversimplified. if taken to an extreme a case with no internal empty volume could be effective with barely a fan. and that's how ultra-slim laptop cooling effectively works so well.)
The use of gardening gloves for PC assembly is the most hilarious thing I have seen today :D
They are specially building gloves, but actually left a comment for why I wore them 😅

Had so many issues with my b650e-i as far as bios. Still this long after launch. Then found a fan header pinned not soldered to the board from the factory so I just returned it all and went MSI z790-i and 13700k. Really debating getting this case. It's a nice change from the norm.

Been waiting for news on the CH160 since CES '24! It's going to be a fantastic affordable sub-20L case, so long as the graphics card doesn't exceed 305mm in length.
As always a wonderful build and film/editing. I have a challenge for you. If you had to get the best performance you could into the smallest package you could with perhaps Micro ATX form-factor for more than one PCIe. What would you do? Perhaps it could be a project! =D
