What is Ecrew? When I had to uproot and move to Indiana, there was a car community called Bcrew (B for Bloomington, Indiana). These guys became my family. Instead of partying on the weekends, I was working on cars- and I loved it. Since starting youtube, I have started what I call Ecrew. It's not supposed to be some childish "Logang squad." It's a community where you get to take 10min out of your day and be involved in a build, but more importantly it's a family.

I think the Audi R8 V10, would be a comfortable daily driver, yet one to still be an exotic and one to be happy to be seen in. The power in that car will also not leave you thinking 'Why did I buy this!?'. I wish you the best of luck, Emelia!!! 😁🤗😁

2002-2005 Acura NSX. A bit short on HP, but great handling and reliable. Literally the everyday supercar.
V10 R8 would do it with style. The cash you'd save could be used for your mods. You know how fun they are to drive. They sound like heaven on wheels.
A friend of my dad has a manual v10 plus r8. It’s actually super comfortable and there’s nothing like the gated manual. As a daily, I would definitely take that over the others.
I've driven most of the ones on her list and I can say that the Audi is the Best daily; and most fun. Those others were great a on the road course, but on the roads, in traffic, over the pothole riddled highway; they sucked major ass. BTW, the new Lotus Exige 410 Sport w/supercharged Toyota 3.5l is a fucking rocketship plus it gets nearly double the mpg as those "supercars"; almost 24 mpg in town!

I'm sure you found it already but the door lock cylinder is on the drivers door underneath the intake area. Right around where you grab the handle to open. You have to squat down low to see it

911s are the KING of daily driven supercars!! Get a 992 Turbo or GT3 with a manual and give it a sweet exhaust!
I feel like the huracan is the move. Parjer had a huracan that he kept up with maintrnance and it seemed bullet proof. No issues at all after putting 20k miles on it in a year

I really like the Taycan but I was also gonna say a NSX would be dope. Don’t see many people doing vids on the new NSX and they seem pretty dope.
I mean, the original NSX was clearly the best intersection of "daily" and "supercar" in its day. The only thing the reviews could find to complain about was that it didn't have much drama, and yeah, drama gets old. Honda/Acura reliability and precision, with no budget limits.
Half electric half motor seems like a lot of issues
Started with "need a daily driver" ended with "getting a super car, still need a daily driver" :P
Will still need to use someone else’s truck to tow broken down cars and to collect spares to fix all non completed projects cars
If you want something you won't mod then get the Taycan, no way of adding nitrous etc to an electric car! Buy it, daily it, enjoy it. Plus you get style points for driving electric cars in California right?
R8 Gated V10. You already have an awesome DCT Corvette that once the clutch packs come out, you won't need 2 DCT cars that can make 800whp+.

I believe to unlock your C8 with the key, the keyhole is on the underside of the black trim on the door.
The r8 makes more sense as a daily driver..... plus we all know you’ll buy a Lambo as well within 6 months...

@@johnhall4427 I stay up all night working, every day. I am 'around' 70 yrs old, and since I was 18 yrs old I never sleep more than a hand full of hours... I cannot imagine as a kid sleeping 8 hours! Usually, sleep for 5 hrs in the mourning until 11AM then am back at it! This mourning that was reduced to 2 hrs sleep from 6:18-7:54AM... then worked on computer all darn day.

V10 Audi r 8 all day long for daily 542 hp. Then you can add a really good set of cams intake and manifold and full titanium exhaust including manifold with a new bigger throttle body. Pully all the lighten pullys and a lightened flywheel for fast revving will easy be 620ph and really reliable

Actually, VW V10s (lambos and audi ones) are almost bulletproof if you don't mod them and do the basic maintenance. V8s are not that good
@@manelpelayo2753 It's actually the old Gallardo engine developed by Lamborghini that is still getting used, not a "VW V10".
Of those "supercars", the Audi is the only common sense choice; if you can use the term common sense when it comes to any supercar. You're right on the fragile part. Those cars are more fragile than a spoiled rich 16 y/o girls ego; and more temperamental. Seriously. If you Must change the timing belts, clutch & a full tune-up every 25K or it'll grenade, how super is it?

You deserve a high tech supercar, the most american car there is. The Tesla Model S Plaid has 1100 HP and does 0-60 MPH in under 2 seconds. Faster than those other supercars, but reliable enough to be a daily. Inexpensive to run. Your channel could have a whole new audience. Please join us in the coming electric revolution, and keep up with the times.
The key location on the C8 is located next to the door handle, inside the side air intake.

992 or 991.2 GT3 with manual transmission. Probably best sport car around and very reliable. I own a large fleet of super cars and that’s the only car that puts a big smile on my face every time..
The 5.2L V10 R8, no question. Throw on an Armytrix exhaust or some titanium exhaust!! Some nice, light wheels. Enjoy driving the piss out of it!! You can't beat the sound of that V10!!

Owned a 2011 r8 v10 gated manual in red. Easily my favorite car on the planet. Its an extremely satisfying total driving experience with the gated manual, and Matt is right go v10 for the power and more the exotic sound. +/- supercharger, but having watched many of your videos, I am quite sure it will be +supercharger by the end of your ownership. Appreciating in value, minimal upkeep. It is the perfect everyday super car you can comfortably drive across country if you want.
I'd say while waiting for the Z06 or the ZR1, the R8 makes economical sense as a temporary super car :)

daily a muscle car, that way parts aren't that expensive depending on what you get, 67-73 camaro, mildly do up a small block and put a 6 spd in it, dont need to LS swap it, right away at least, or go with a nismo 400Z

I test drove a Taycan Turbo and it’s the absolute perfect daily. I’m not sure it’s the best for click bait UA-cam, though. But it’s an AWESOME car. Any 911 is a perfect daily. I love my 996 cab.

I called it, Audi V10 R8 is a beautiful car and if you break it, it will cost you less to fix it than the Italian cars.
They do share the same platform with the Gallardo/Huracan. Not sure on pricing/used car values, but I would guess the Lambo costs more. You have to admit, the Lambo has that something extra over the Audi.

You ever considered the OG NSX? I owned a 2000 model and it was my daily. My buddy at the time added a SC and we agreed it gave it that V8 feel. It’s certainly not the V10’s you’re talking about, but it is an incredibly sexy track/street focused car that has skyrocketed in value. It’s really a win/win for you if you’re ok with a smaller engine that handles mods exceptionally well and is still daily driven.
Lambos are boring it's almost like The standard UA-camrs car's and not a fan of Audi either ☝️
I agree. For me the Audi looks like some "normal" car my dad might buy, but they added the side air scoops as an after thought to try to make it look "super", but overall it's not a supercar (even if it has the performance, but the C8 has the performance and isn't called a supercar).
