- The K12 Max With Screen Controller for less than $50 is hard to walk away from. A nice way to practice your Piloting Skills on a craft bigger than a Tea Cup.
Not an Acro flyer, it does hover and forces you to Hone your awareness senses.
Sorry about the WiFi thing but I did get it to work a few times. I blame my equipment not the craft. But I have mentioned this to the developer already.
Admittedly.. not the best imagery (actually some of the worst), but as a fly-about cheapy.. you can have a Hoot!
The kit without the Screen RC works with a larger variety of devices.

Little to no fear of crashing the thing. I like it !
I like that it is bigger than all those cheap mini micro units. Its got some good size to it and you can see it. I had a Hoot !

Cool video, i just bought 2 on ally express for like $35 each. Look forward to just practicing flying in my back yard. Enjoyed ur review. Tnx. If your wondering why i bought 2, they only came with one battery, and i wanted two. Are they standard 7.4 batteries?
Have fun! I suspect the batteries are standard Li-Po. Great deal ... If you want a thrill... play around with the "Return" button... you need quick reflexes. 😱🥳👍
I am thinking of starting to fly drones and this looks like a great place to start. Is there anything in this price range that you would recommend above this one? I would have liked a bit better of a camera but I'm guessing that does not happen until you go about twice the price. Anyway thanks for another great drone video!
AliExpress have tons and tons of stuff under $50. You do not need the Video really because at that price point the camera is useless. You want a sturdy little craft that has a bit of weight to it so you can see it 50-60m away. Practice take off & landings... figure 8's and proximity flying. If you really like it... as a recreational flyer.. you just can not beat the entry level DJI products. I find Amazon a great place also... 30 day returns eh?

I like the thought of someone learning on one of these. I learned how to fly a GPS drone on my Fimi mini V1, so when it crashed, I knew how to fly my Fimi mini V2...
Is Fimi going to incorporate the flip maneuver?
Ha.. Ha... some say it already does.. but who knows what they will throw in the Fimi Mini 3 SE??
**Correction** 22:12 controls are backwards when the drone is facing you. Just a Piloting tip. I did look at the lens to see if it was covered because of the foggy images.. but it was not.
How does this transit the picture to the transmitter?? can this be watched using fpv googles ??
The SD card is in the controller. Goggles would not be a good option on this craft.
How far is the flight distance?
Very much VLOS. I'd guess max at about 100m. But that is one test I did not do. What happens 50m out and I lose connection? I will try it.
