Welcome to our channel!
Cut 5 medium-sized potatoes.
Pour water over the potatoes, add salt and cook until tender.
Cut 1 onion.
1 pepper
Fry the onion in vegetable oil, add pepper and 450 g of minced meat.
Add salt, paprika and black pepper.
1 tomato.
1-2 tablespoons tomato paste.
Simmer for 3-5 minutes over medium heat.
Add 1 clove of garlic.
Mash the potatoes.
30 grams of butter.
Chop a bunch of dill.
Grate 100 grams of cheese.
Grease a casserole dish with vegetable oil.
Make shapes out of the potatoes, as shown in the video, periodically grease your hands with vegetable oil.
Place the shapes on a baking sheet and make holes in them as shown in the video.
Put cheese in the middle, then ground beef.
Sprinkle cheese on top again.
Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C.
