Thanks for sharing this video! Have really been interested to see an in depth walkthrough for this new panel. Don't mind the audio, I think it's crystal clear! One question I have would be regarding the new feel of this micro panel. Have you had any experience with the previous micro/mini panel? I'm interested to see how they differ handling wise, especially with the new material used for the color wheels and buttons

I have not used the previous model of micro panel so I cannot comment on differences.

Well.......yes & no...!!! The left rotary works Dark, the centre rotary works Shadow, the right rotary works Light & the right rotary with the Offset button pressed works the Global. I cannot find a way to get the Highlight to work. However, the Blackmagic full manual for this panel is not yet available for download so there maybe a key combination that will operate Highlight that is not in the quick start guide.

@@ArthurBrownPHOTOGRAPHY In the HDR Log section, to get to the Highlight and Specular sections you simply use the bar directly above the HDR exposure ring/color balls and move to the next Highlight ans Specular Sections. Then, once again the Micro Color Panel rings and track balls control adjustments from left to right. And the Global exposure ring and color trackball functions on the panel when you activate the panel's Offset button which glows green. All 7 HDR Log sections can be controlled by the Micro Color Panel.
