People don’t realize that the Chiefs literally have the GOAT kicker in Harrison Butker, who is as good as Justin Tucker but gets zero credit because Mahomes gets all the credit. Dude makes 60 yarders like chip shots while Vinatieri was missing multiple 30 yarders in the same Super Bowl and getting credit for making 40 yarders. Townshend is a ridiculous punter too. Chiefs special teams is GOATed.

Mahomes continue to show his true greatness at age 28! Despite his struggle during the season, he turn it up in the playoffs with putting up big performance. He show up in the second half comeback in the Superbowl and making that game winning TD in OT. He's 9-2 when trailing 7+ in the postseason and 3-0 when trailing 10-0 in the Super Bowl. He showed why he's the best QB in the NFL right now. He's a three time Super Bowl Champ and MVP and still has a long way to go in his career.

Been Chiefs fan my whole life, went to my 1st arrowhead game in 1984 amd have seen them live in NY amd DC also. This string theyre on is amazing and im loving it!! People hating are a trip, in my 51 years weve never been in this position and i hope it continues.

Same here. Born in 68 & grew up in Lawrence, a 40 minute drive from Arrowhead. We grew up with some pretty bad football in the 70’s & 80’s. I can remember every playoff loss & whichever ridiculous thing happened in that particular game to screw it up. I dealt with 50 years of that crap & didn’t see one Super Bowl that entire time, so I don’t feel bad at all & I hope we win 10 more🤣
Mahomes not only a srud on the field but also off the field, his leadership, humbleness, mindset and honesty is refreshing. He's not the GOAT now but before the end of his career, he might be.
This may sound odd, but as a fan of the NBA as well, he reminds me a lot of Jokic. Extremely humble, gives his teammates props more than he does himself, and performs at the highest level. Being the superstar without needing all the credit. Lets his game speak for him. Doesn't force anything and isn't scared to let his teammates shine. I'm not trying to compare their accomplishments, though Jokic isn't a scrub in that area. lol I am more comparing their temperment, and how they approach their craft. Humble superstars are always the best.

I have a feeling the Chiefs will be that team, and the fans that'll hate the chiefs will probably be. Ravens, Miami, Buffalo, and the Jets. Because now it's different rivals, with those four teams having talented QB's and teams. The Patriots and it'll hurt, but they're gonna be at the bottom back to 5-11 records, or Bledsoe seasons all over again. So if the Patriots aren't there, I'd like to see Miami, Buffalo, or Baltimore beat the chiefs, if they match up in the AFC CHAMPIONSHIP.🙏🏈🏆

it was brilliant. he recognized it was man coverage and knew the middle would open up as soon as fred warner took rice on the drag route. his processing skills are high level but people don't realize it because reid often schemes great plays and open guys.

I know he was great when Tyreek was there but he has to be even more reliable now & he’s done everything you could ask for. That defense has become simply incredible & Chris Jones always shows up when you need him. Sneed & McDuffie are phenomenal, incredible team!

He was brought in on a loaded offense but even during that first Super Bowl run, they needed every point they got because the defense was giving up so much lol. That's the thing man people slept on this teams defense all year. During the game San Fran was clearly playing better and the defense held up the whole game. Once Mahomes had a couple of rushes for 1st downs in the 3rd Quarter he woke up and took over the game but credit to the Chiefs defense for keeping them in it. This team reminds me of those Patriots teams that had poor recievers but a good defense QB and coach.

@babyjesus: Nah, there aren’t many that can beat the Bills (Josh Allen, #2 seed), Ravens (#1 defense, 1 seed), 49ers (Football Avengers, 1 seed) consecutively. Their defense is great (#2 defense) but the offense is absolutely not, most people thought Ravens & 49ers flat out have better teams & their defenses both played really well.
