Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City is a third-person shooter survival horror video game for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, co-developed by Slant Six Games and Capcom. It was released on March 20, 2012 in North America, March 22, 2012 in Australia, March 23, 2012 in Europe and April 26, 2012 in Japan.
It is an installment in the Resident Evil series, being set around the same time as Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, and featuring the characters from these two games, though it is a non-canon hypothetical scenario. The game follows a group of elite paramilitary mercenaries for the Umbrella Corporation during the zombie outbreak in Raccoon City. The game met with a mixed critical reception, but was a commercial success, selling more than 3.2 million units.

Also with some additional features and new innovations.
This game had such an awesome concept! Umbrella and the US Government were at odds as the Raccoon City Incident dragged on, each working to undermine the other. Delta Force was dispatched to recover the G-Virus from Birkin and Umbrella sent six Tyrants in a bid to thwart them.
If this was remade, they could expand it using the lore of each faction’s operations within the city.
This is a highest rank I've seen in my life NO KIDDING matee I salute ya who ever play this game.

Every mission in the Spec Ops campaign was pretty good. Except for the 6th mission. That one was just flat-out awful.

It’s too bad Echo Six is dlc it’s a way better story than the main campaign.
For me, Echo Six is the real main campaign.
