I couldn't remember what this movie was called, then all of the sudden the name "uncle barnaby" popped up in my head, and I got so excited since I new it was from one of my favorite childhood movies. I cried watching this, because it made me thin of movie night with my grandma who passed away awhile ago.

Can't say I blame ya; to be honest I consider it a guilty pleasure. Sure Barnaby's more rhyming than singing; but on the other hand it's Christopher Plummer; that has to account for something. Though for me personally the selling point is those three singing candles. They seem to have near-perfect pitch as a chorus; like something out of a 1960's Disney film.

a major plot hole I cannot help but point out: That scale model, those mini figures he flicks with his fingers, and even that mini wrecking ball be uses to knock things down. In a way, those things he interacts with while scheming sort of counts as toys. Is Barnaby even aware that knocking down and restacking towaers of wooden blocks counts as playing with toys? Can you imagine what would happen if Barnaby where to realize that before the begining of the movie? (0w0u)

After Barnaby was chased out by the demons, he was whisked away to New Texas in the Hexagon. Stampede wasn't pleased with him and decided to eat him.
