Terrarium built in an IKEA SOCKER

I made a terrarium in an IKEA SOCKER.
For this I screwed the bottom part to the top part with very short self tapping screws, built a glass tray for the false bottom and the soil. Once this was ready I designed the terrarium with lave rocks, sticks, plants and moss.

What lights did you use please? Lovely!

I used LED growing lights ordered from Aliexpress. But you can use every LED growing light that fits the SOCKER. I prefer using low voltage lights (5V to 12V).

Did you cut glad you size for the cabinet?

Only for the glass tray, going into the SOCKER and where I placed the substrate and the plants, I cut the glass myself.

@@botanicdesigns omg! That is awesome! I am sealing the edges w/some silicone but didn’t think to spray the metal to rust proof it. Ugh. I will have to just be careful. But I’m using individual pots as my set up. ☀️🪴🌱🍀
