You're young and having fun here but it would have been nice to point out that network execs and cartoon creators probably would not want to mention or feature a "Black Panther" on network television the year after the Black Panther Party, a radical, armed Black rights group, emerged in 1966, a year earlier. When this FF H-B classic--aren't they all?--aired, NBC's Bill Cosby ("I Spy") and Nichelle Nichols ("Star Trek") were still successful, careful experiments on American network television. For more on Black Panther in the comics, my book is called "Marvel's Black Panther: A Comic Book Biography, From Stan Lee to Ta-Nehisi Coates."
