Today's cocktail is the Enzoni! Muddled grapes balance Campari's sharp bitterness and make for an extremely easy-to-drink cocktail. This crowd favorite has become a modern classic. I'll stick with the standard build for the Enzoni, but will change things up in a second drink called the Frozoni - a frozen variation that adds bubbly wine! Hope you enjoy both of these recipes. Cheers!

Welcome back, Anders! Glad you're doing well and good to see you.
The Frozoni - Where is my Super Suit?!?
I came looking for this comment 😅
I've never seen a person so aloof, yet so invested talking about grapes🤣
Hello I. It’s all about the frendzonies we make along the way
So true
That’s the kind of thing that will get you frendzonied by your crush if you say it out loud
@@destroyerofnations1828😄
Ah yes, the single large grape garnish. I believe it’s all the rage in Paris at the moment.
It would be Italian to do an olive, so you just cannot go wrong with a melon sized grape!
For the next twenty-four hours...then it will have become passe.
Ah yes, when in Rome…
It has been killing it in Paris!...TX.
In all honestly i was thinking a grape with a orange folded around it, but the huge ice cube just gets in the way of any garnish.
"Off the meds" right 😜
I think he’s clearly on the meds… very entertaining.
He definitely seems more relaxed and silly! 🤪🤭 But probably do to feeling better 😉 Being able to breathe will do that to ya! 😅
It's the added oxygen IMO
Fridays are even better with a video from Anders Erickson
1. As some who had sinus surgery three years ago, I am reminded of the delight in being able to breathe through my snoot and the energy levels post surgery teetering on punch drunk in this video.
2. I am not at all surprised and quite pleased there were no punches pulled with editing. Thank you Az (Oz, ahhhz if your midwestern)?!
Anders, I hope the day does not come that you get burnt out from making these videos! You are a godsend! Thank you for being you!
Anders droppin the F-Bomb like a champion! 😂
Anders, I cannot smell, I rarely drink alcohol, I watch your videos because I find you and Az a delight and love the history you give about the drinks. Glad you're back at it.
Welcome back! I’m going to ask Mrs. Barker, my second grade teacher, to give you a “Grape Job!” sticker. They’re scented!
I use Aperol instead of Campari. Just use less simple syrup, maybe a dash of orange bitters. Such a delicious cocktail.
So happy to have you back and so happy you're doing better!!
Feeling much better. Cheers
Friday wasn't the same without you Anders & Az! Glad to have you back!❤
The most genuine and awesome sign off!! Glad you're feeling better!! The abundance is among us💜
I bought what turned out to be a 2lb bag of grapes for the 1/2 cup I needed for a broccoli salad yesterday. My wife said, "Um, you know you don't have the buy the whole bag, right?" I didn't.
Today, she asked, "What are we going to do with all these grapes?"
I've got just the thing!
This afternoon, we're drinking enzonis on a beautiful, sunny day. Thanks for this!
Are we not going to talk about the fact that you pulled out a big bag of frozen grapes and DIDN'T mention what a great healthy Summer snack they are?
You're absolutely right, but we're not going to talk about it
If anyone is interested in trying the tikified version.
1 oz Lightly Aged Rum (I used El Dorado 3 year)
1 oz Campari
¾ oz Lemon Juice
½ oz Orgeat
5 Grapes
Breathe it in.. from the comments I don't think you can ever be forgotten!
Your last video about the Saturn drink has become my favourite.
Awesome recipes!
For everybody not knowing: Frozen grapes are basicly grape sorbet snacks!
Try it and find your preferred texture! I freeze them and let them warm up for 5-10 minutes after
Frenzoni was right there!!!!
Hi Anders….you are never forgotten….welcome back-you look great!….what better way to start the weekend than with a video from Anders!…a nice history lesson and a great drink to go with it!🤗🤗👌👌❤️❤️….I like version 2 with Preseco!👌👌…Have a wonderful weekend and as always “CHEERS!”🍹🍹
Thanks so much! Good to be back at it. Appreciate the comment and happy weekend - cheers!
Happy to have you back Anders
Good to be back. Cheers
@@AndersEricksonLove that you still respond to comments. So many UA-camrs stop doing this at your channel’s size. Keep up the great work!
The Saturn is an EXCELLENT cocktail. I served it to my visiting inlaws last weekend. Everybody loved it.
Anders is out of control in this one. Love it.
Imagine all the new flavors and notes you'll be able to smell with your new sinuses! Cheers, Anders - great to have you back!
Comedy was on point this episode, I guess it's all that extra oxygen
Duck: Got any grapes?
Anders: 4:29
We didn't have grapes available, so we sub'ed blueberries, and garnished w a sprig of mint. Turned out good.
Every time Anders says the word grape… Do a shot
I’m drunk now 🥴
Samesies!!!
Dead
Welcome back buddy!
Thanks Uncle Pete! Good to be back
Hell yeah! Go Uncle Pete!
What a charming trainwreck
I was so sad upon watching this to find out that I had already given it a thumbs up 👍🏽
So here’s a comment instead. ❤ Love the vibe of this one! You’re doing great you two.
We love the videos you two put out and tune in each Friday. We tried both of these, and really enjoyed the frozoni best. Thanks for all your stories. We enjoy those as well. Cheers.
Love the "non-edits"! And what a delicious and refreshing porch-pounder!
Our household has had several Enzonis (and Fall Enzonis with rye) over the last three years. We now have another one to try. With summer coming up I'm sure the Frozoni will be enjoyed many times.
Just made one. Absolutely fabulous. It tastes like the kind of drink I would get from a place by me that makes incredible craft cocktails. 😋
Oh! So glad you are feeling well and back to cocktails ❤
Great to see you back from surgery, Anders! Saturday mornings with coffee are always great to see you mix lovely cocktails!
Still need to try this! Steve’s passion for this one is incredible
This is a winner! I used six small-ish grapes and I think I'll use a lot more next time, since they are so easy to overshadow with the Campari. But this IS a delicious, astringent yet refreshing little drink.
Someone is stoping for grapes on the way home from work today. Good grapes!!
Great to have you back Anders!
Cheers! Great to back
"I do like the grape-iness of grapes" me too man 😂
Update: I actually made this one! Def becoming a summer regular when I have grapes in the house.
Welcome back! You’ve been missed!!!
Missed you Anders! Great to have you back and glad you're better!
Magical. Glad you’re back
Great to see you back man! So glad you feel better and can practice your favorite past time again. Cheers!
Great to have you back, Anders! I will definitely be giving these a try this summer. Cheers! 🌞
Glad you’re back! Cheers!
Glad to have you back Anders!
Love your content.
Glad you're back! Love the classics, but also love these more home bar contemporary classics! Keep em up
Good to see you back! Glad your procedure went well. This drink looks great!
Thanks! Happy weekend
Aww man I did not watch The Saturn drink video and now I feel bad because it felt like you were talking to me lol. I’ll go check it out now Anders, I’m glad you’re feeling better and back to making great content.
Glad to have you back!
Dude is ON ONE today. More of this zaniness.
Welcome back. 🎉 wife and I love your videos
Jesus that happens to EVERY Campari bottle I open I thought I was crazy that it kept happening!
Grape video! I had a few good laughs and i’ll definitely will bring some grapes to work and try these out
Will try this week! Welcome back Anders!
Anders Erickson First of his name!
Welcome back! Glad everything went great. When i got my deviated septum fixed it was my worst surgery. Like i got curb stomped!
I just tried the regular Enzoni at home tonight. Wow, the grape comes through. I really like this drink
It’s a lovely sipper on a warm day!! Love both versions here!!
Cheers Christine!
@@AndersErickson Cheers!! 🙂
So happy to have you back! The grape garnish has inspired me to make this drink.
This was so chaotic, I loved it.
Hey Anders! Long time lurker first time poster. Very liked this. Would like to share this variant: +2 grapes, tone down Campari to 3/4 and add 1/4 mezcal, use 1 teaspoon of honey instead of syrup. The mezcal really brights up the citrus. Let us know! 🙂
Made the Frozoni last night, It was SO TASTY! Absolutely one of my favourite cocktails this year! Thank you for sharing!
Saved to favorites! Thanks Anders
Missed you, man! The week's not complete without Anders and Az. A toast to you both.
Cheers
Glad to have you back.
Palabra Ultima.
Glad to hear you're better and back in action, Anders.
Enzoni, a twist on the Negroni.
Coffee Enzoni, a twist on the Enzoni, takes to another level.
- sable black grapes
- 20ml Brettos coffee liqueur
- 20ml Campari
- 20ml Topaz Blue London dry gin
- 20ml fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 10ml Monin Muscavada sugar syrup
Red grapes better than green grapes, black grapes better still, sable black grapes take black grapes to another level.
Muddle ten sable black grapes in the mixing tin, add the ingredients, add ice, shake vigouresly, strain into a chilled crystal rock glass, garnish with three sable black grapes that have dipped into the cocktail. Eat the black grapes when have finished the cocktail.
Brettos coffee liqueur from Brettos an old bar in Plaka, the oldest part of Athens.
Created by Dan Fellows for this year's London Coffee Festival.
Dan Fellows World Champion Coffee in Good Spirits (twice).
I will be making these. Glad you're back, sir!
Good to see you back! All my fave ingredients, definitely gonna try both!
We wouldn’t forget you! Love your posts.
This is one of my go to drinks. I still had to watch, glad to see you back and well!
I've had one of these before, but couldn't remember what they were called. They're absolutely delicious, and your frozen take on it will probably kill a bottle or two of Campari on my deck this summer.
Glad you're back, and more glad you're breathing better!
Come for the cocktails. Stay for the produce rants.
Seeing an Anders' video on a Friday is always such a great way to kick off the weekend. Another high quality video - kudos.
Glad to have you back
Welcome back! I will be trying these
welcome back! we did not forget and we are glad youre feeling better!
It’s good to see you back ☺️
Just had a negroni last night with the botanist! So great! I usually use the Liberator out of Detroit, MI. Both great! Also, I just love your videos. My husband and I never miss one! Thanks for your time! And Oz, we think you are the cutest! The two of you do such a great show! Cheers!
Thanks so much for the kind words! Cheers
Welcome back! Definitely going to be making this one this summer. Looks delicious!
Love it, can't wait to try it soon!
Just made this! Delish!
Looks really delicious and a muat for warm summerdays on the balcony.
12:08 Great Sneaky pun in there..... "Doesn't look so grape" hahaha. I will be trying this very soon. Thank you and great to see you back!
Welcome back and glad you’re healthy
I don't know why people didn't watch the Saturn video, it's a great great drink! Maybe a little too sweet on the original recipe but you got it right with the blended version.
Looking forward to making these!
I love your videos! Thank you so much!
Probably your funniest video yet. And can’t wait to make the Frozoni !!!
welcome back Anders, glad your procedure was successful, we missed you 😀
Have been one of my fav cocktails since I saw it on Steve's channel! Easy, fast, delicious!
Welcome back. Love the Enzoni.
Tried it this afternoon - very sweet-tarty, in a good way. Instead of making the blended frozen version, we poured a little prosecco over the top of the rocks version for a kindof enzoni-sbagliato. Very nice afternoon on the porch - waiting for rain - sipping drink. Thanks for sharing!
Well both of those look delightful. Glad to see you back sir. Cheers!
