1952 GMC 9700 Turbo Diesel 7.9L International Motor Air Ride Build Project
A former City of Woodstock Pumper #1 fire truck, Bob’s GMC was originally a 3 ton which means it has a larger front end than it’s smaller counterparts, but more typical proportions than a cab over of the same year.

SO MUCH THOUGHT, AND TIME, AND SOME EXCELLENT FABRICATING, AND BUILDING, SO NOW YOU CAN GO TO THE UNFINISHED NATIONALS AND WIN A TROPHY, WHY NOT FINISH IT AND WIN SOME AWARDS AND RECOGNITION AS A BUILDER. NICE WORK JUST DOES NOT FLOAT MY BOAT, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK YOU DO, YOU CAN GO A LONG WAYS WITH THOSE TALENTS.
I do love this truck and it looks like a fun ride !!!

Awesome 👍
Nice❤️
I think it would look better if I had a good set of chrome matching rims do the fenders the same color red is the front and the tailgate to match it be good to go it’ll be a bad ass vehicle
Yeah not digging the orange at all. A better paint job and body work would have made this thing top shelf. But I know what you're trying for. Just not my taste.
All that beautiful work covered by flat black and patina paint sorry just not my thing you could have had a real cool ride but that poor truck would get lost with ratrod pickups at shows
What year is the engine? Very nice job!
That's a old idi 444 7.3 international diesel
It's youtube not instagram. get out with your pictures.
Why didm't you show all photos in chronological order??? It's really annoying... :(
Not 7.9 Not a 9700 either.
David Witcher nope it is a 7.3L but it is a 9700
Hi uu
Too bad all that body work went to waste on such a crappy paint scheme.
