Be Mindful of how you're setting up your kit. I Don't like the spiritus Nalgene- that pouch is item specific & if you're not using a Nalgene, the pouch becomes literally useless. The crye prc/152 fits a Nalgene as well as magazines/documents/snacks etc. Don't like the mayflower UW, too many pouches. Don't like the form factor of most chest rigs/placards out there, cant utilize inserts for reindexing, ridgidity etc. This haley x spiritus combo is "it" for me.

I used to set up my tourniquets like that until I realized slipping it over a mangled extremity still attached to your body would be pretty difficult. But then again in that context I was worried about explosives instead of gsw's. Dope vid

Awesome setup bro i want to do something just like this but in ranger green due to my environment. Having said that, it’s gonna be pretty pricey. Did you buy everything in sections (D3crm micro, thing 2, plate carrier) or just everything right away?

Did you add side swift clips to the AC1? I know it comes with the vertical clips. I'm hoping the AC1 will pair with the D3CRM micro chest rig from Haley Strategic.

I have. What you want is the "backstrap" & corresponding "Y straps" from Trex to add stability to your rig. Running the d3crm as a standalone unit, this will not be necessary.

Also, the side swift clips on the d3crm are notched & can be easily removed if/when you're not using the backstrap/Y strap combo.

T-rex arms sells a Y-strap adapter. Velocity Systems has a Apdapter to. Hope this answered your question.

No. Make sure your shoulder straps are the proper height, then adjust the elastic cummerbund as tight as you’d like.

Not required just a personal modification that adds more surface area for the Velcro to adhere to the carrier. Added stability.
